Bought a townhome and dippold was in charge of all the granite. Upon closing in August, our kitchen island and master bathroom counters had scratches and chips. It is now December and 3 islands later we are settling for a slightly less scratched piece. We’ve had 8 appointments with them, and only 4 of said appointments the workers actually showed up. 1 crew didn’t speak any English between the 2 of them. Instead of just giving us a good piece of granite, they thought it would be better to send 4 crews (4 times they showed up) 45 minutes away and replace bad granite with slightly less bad granite. One of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever gone through. Steer clear of these crooks.
