We bought our house from New England homes in 2004. We have had SO many plumbing problems over the years that whatever money we may have saved in building costs has more than made up for it in our plumbing bills. There have been leaks every year since we’ve been here. For example the first day we moved in I ran the tub in the master bath. My husband was yelling from the first floor to stop the water as there was a waterfall of water coming down the ceiling of my first floor bathroom. There have also been problems with vent pipes in walls too.
