Excellent shop! They have been my go-to shop for the last 4 years since moving to the area. Mike is great, superb customer service... really knows his stuff, goes above and beyond for his customers, and makes sure you understand whats going on with the bike - all the various options for repair or upgrade - and stands behind his work. They definitely do have more than just Mike there too (as mentioned in an older post), but as with any good shop... they will be pretty busy during riding season. It is worth it though, compared to some of the other hacks in town!

Mike (the owner) is great. Very helpful and always goes above and beyond for me. I havent been in for a few months but the only downfall is that it is a one man show. So getting in to have work done in a timely manner can be challenging. But the great work and customer service makes it worth it.
