I always head to AC Moore when I’m in Dover. You can find me in the seasonal aisles with a cart full of colorful crafts. I’m hooked on the scented candles. Look for the wide selection of baskets, paper crafts, yarn and paint. Wish they carried more high end pens. Be sure to go online and get their coupons with special discounts for students, teachers, and military. This trip I was able to purchase a beach towel at 50% off. Then 15% off that for my discount. Another idea if to visit the toy aisle where you can snag books and toys at a good price.

The staff at this store is always so kind and helpful! I have never experienced one unkind word or unhelpful employee while I was there. I would recommend this store for all your art needs! They even go out of their way to give you coupons! Thank you!

Looked all over the place for airbrushing paints and this was the only place that had them. The store is easy to navigate, clean, and the staff here were very helpful. I saved quite a bit of money with all of their sales as well. Overall, I am extremely happy with my visit.

Nothing worse that having to defend yourself from accusatory tones of impropriety. Perhaps corporate needs to reevaluate their managerial staff. At the VERY least train ( retrain and reinforce) PROPER customer service. Then only reason I gave this location 2 stars vs one? The nice lady at check out who apologized for the manager.

As an artist I look for the best deals in supplies! When it comes to canvases portfolios and hobby supplies. This is the best store to visit. They also have a wonderful collection of handmade earrings and Jewelry as well as candles! Very inexpensive.

I love my crafts and A.C. Moore is the only place i go to get everything. They always have exactly what i need. Theres always employees on the floor if u need assistance. Customer service is awesome and Im never waiting in line long!

A friend and I bought the same things and she was at one side of the checkout and I was on the other. Her cashier gave her a coupon discount but my cashier did not. This needs to be consistent with all your customers. Neither of us had a coupon.

A good place to take the kids for summer crafts. Knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere. I like their weekly coupons.

This is one of my favorite stores to go to for my Arts and Crafts. Just love it. A.C. Moore is always clean, the shelves are always stocked and the staff is always available when you need help.

Wide selection of crafting supplies. Small projects suitable for beginners to equipment for serious lovers of crafting like scrapbooking. Good selection of artificial flowers and wooden bits and bobs. Painting supplies: canvas, oils, acrylics, and watercolours. Needle art supplies also in stock. Not a discount shop although there are often sales.

They had what i needed today. Good sales and a very neat store, considering everything they have. I like it better than Michaels. There was a rude cashier. We asked if she was open, and she said no Im doing a return, with a nasty attitude. Remember, you have a job bc of us customers!!!

Mid level arts and crafts store. You can find what you need, however no bells and whistles. Youre better off taking a ride to a larger craft store with more options.

Good prices if you have coupons. Some stuff is 30% cheaper at Walmart. Cashier gave me a coupon when checking out which saved me $10.

The line was ridiculously long, but it went fast. They had lots of crafts stuff; kind of like a smaller Michaels.

I normally like ac Moore but my last experience was not good. They were stocking yarns and I asked if someone could look on the computer to see if the colors I needed where here. I asked the week before and was talk they would being 2 days later. They one lady was rude saying she knew they did not have any but a shipment would be in the next day but she did not know if it would be one there. All I wanted was someone to look on the computer to verify that the color was not there. I walked up to a register and asked. The guy there said he would look but ended up walking back to the same lady I had spoke too. Sunday apparently was not they day for costumer service.

Crafts for adults and kids. Huge assortment of odds and ends for all crafts. Supplies of all kinds as well, paints to frames to dowels to balsa wood.Helpful staff and wide main aisles.Bright, cheery store to boot.

They have changed their yarn so much in the past couple of years. Hard to find enough to make anything big. And takes weeks to get it ordered.

Great place to buy yarn when its on sale and/or when they have coupons. Lots of paint and supplies, icluding plenty of canvas. childrens crafts, ready to finish wooden items, picture frames. They have plenty of wedding decorations, lots of candy making stuff, including those gross little wafers that you melt and pour in molds. They have jewelry making supplies. They stock lots of artificial flowers, many of which have lost their price tags, and sometimes if youre unlucky, you may be waiting in line at the register while someone ahead of you has a cart full of said items. They do offer teacher and military discount. There is an online weekly sales flyer and different coupon deals most days (often a 60% off one regular price item coupon). Lots of cardstock, stickers, overbearing candles. They carry Clover Takumi knitting needles, boye hooks, Nicoles Boutique hooks and needles, Susan Bates needles and hooks, Clover Amour hooks and more accessories. Melissa and Doug items, clothing for 18 dolls, accessories for the dolls, and even some dolls. There is also a reward program (details online).

I loved going to the AC moore in Dover...There was EVERYTHING at my disposal...I mean the store seemed to have everything I was looking for...and those jar candles are always on sale it seems...not the little ones, they are already cheap there..but the bigger jars..they were 3 for 10.00...!...yes..and the staff walking around was soooo helpful...I felt like I was in a country store...Id go there again and again and I will....Thank you AC Moore!...

Seems to be under staffed at times, so you end up waiting awhile if you need an item especially if its locked. Other than that its cool

We go all the way to Dover from Millsboro, because they have a better selection than Michaels in Rehoboth Beach.
