I went into the store today and had to wait because the one employee that was there had to keep bouncing back and forth between walk in customers and commercial. Mike was very helpful when he finally got to help me, needed help finding a few parts for my car and because of him we got all the parts I was looking for. Store definitely needs more employees.

An auto parts store, staff were very good though.

The store manager, Paul Flores, was exceptionally friendly and professional. He assisted me with a new battery for my old Rav4. I couldnt help but notice how he, and the rest of the staff at this location, engaged all the customers with genuine care. I will be a return customer.

I have always had 5 star service here. Until today. When I went in, there was 2 employees behind the counter. 1 was helping a customer the other was arguing with someone behind the wall by the register. He had enough with the conversation and walked out. So I waiting for the other employee to finish with the customer. 3 more (male) customers walk in after me. The employee behind the counter that I was waiting to help me decided to help the other customers first, even though I was standing right there. So, I just googled my parts needed, found them in the store and headed to the register. I placed my items on the counter and stood there and waited for him to come back to the register. . The employee then pushed my items to the side and rung up another customer. Finally, he decided that it was mine turn. I asked if he could double check I had the right parts. He sighed and hastily checked on the computer and said I should be fine.I will never return to this store after that. I felt so dismissed and invisible. Terrible customer service.

If there was no stars option, i would have picked it. Im very upset. When i came in today, John, one of the best managers there in my opinion, told me that he was being transferred. I really cant believe that they would do that. I have known John for 4 years now and hes always been very knowledgeable and respectful. Whenever i came in, he would always help me out and give me exactly what i came for. If he didnt have what i was looking for, he would give me the best place to get it.He always made sure that every customer was satisfied. But to hear that hes being transferred is very upsetting.Now i have to drive out of my way to go and talk to him. It makes me wanna question the head of that autozone and their priorities.

This has to be the MOST ridiculous auto zone Ive ever encountered. The staff is severely under trained and doesnt even understand their own policies. After having them screw up 4 times and wasting over an hour an a half, I drove 34 minutes OUT OF MY WAY, to another store, and was done in 15 minutes. Shame on the manager here.

Bill was very helpful. He changed my air filter and brakes lights in just minutes.I went back Aug 2nd, 2015 to purchase front head light bulbs. Bill wasnt there, but I met Ricky.Ricky Nisar was VERY HELPFUL.1.First, he diagnosed the problem, 2. He suggested quality light bulbs that are better than the halogen ones I currently have (more safety since brighter) 3. Then, he even gave me a discount (who does that?! Nice!). The story could have ended there which is what most auto stores would have done. This is where it gets even more amazing...Ricky CHANGED both head lights! He needed to get tools and it took over an hour to do this job right. BTW, he did this in over 90 degree heat and may I say did it with a smile and telling jokes the whole time. Best service Ive ever had. Thank you Ricky Nisar!

My one star it’s based on their schedule, their working time on Sunday is 8-8. I went there 730pm it was closed. I drove 15min to get there and closed doors.
