Excellent selection. I was overwhelmed. The largest selection of Hoag, We, Civi and many other brands I have seen in a knife shop in a long time. Owners are super cool. I will be back to buy more. I have a new place to feed my knife habit.

These guys are very sweet and nice. I spent some time inside and they really knew their stuff. Had many different types of knives. Along with knowledge twords each company. I will definitely be returning.

After a poor cutting experience while cooking the other night, I decided I needed to do something about my favorite cooking knife.I did a quick search and found this professional knife sharpening service, and dropped in. The owner is incredibly nice and pleasant to talk to, and was able to get five knives sharpened in a very short period of time. They look much better now and I look forward to testing them out my next meal.
