I posted online a request for servicing a NuVision television in the beginnng of November 2017. I received a call that day from All Video. I had someone come out to the house two days later. They informed me that my existing television, a Nuvision, was no longer being made and that there werent any parts to repair what was going on with my television. Essentially, the screen kept going to orange or green when you turned on the set. You had to turn it on and off multiple times and then the picture would stabilize. I was told by Mark, the rep, that it was only a matter of time before the screen died. He also told me that the receiver and controler we had were only for NuVision and that I would need to purchase a new television, receiver, and controller. I also showed him the monsterously old television we had upstairs. He told me he would get a bid to me, which he did by that afternoon. He called everyday at least 5 times a day while I was thinking about the cost--a whopping $4,676.41. I finally agreed to purchasing the equipment on 11/17/17. He charged my card immediately and told me that I would have the sets the week after Thanksgiving. I never heard from anyone. I called the first week of December and was told that I would have the installers call to set up an appointment. No one did. Finally, I called the office and complained and said that I was going to cancel the order. I was told that someone had passed away and that was the delay. I was very sorry and said as much. The guy died suddently. However, this was almost the end of December and I had been told the televisions would be installed in November the monday after Thanksgiving. Mark contacted me and then said he would have the installers call the next day. He offered a 10% discount back on the order. I said I didnt think that was enough and he said fine, 20% he would explain to his project manager. The televisions were finally installed December 29. The one upstairs is lovely. The one downstairs was mounted on existing mounts. It was crooked and offcentered. The speakers behind the couch, which never had a problem, did not work. I sent a picture and Mark showed to the project manager and they agreed there was a slight problem. The engineers came out and said they couldnt fix the set because of the mount. Why the sales rep did not put together the right package is inexcusable. They also did not come out with a sound engineer and so the speakers are still not working. I was given a call and they said they would check with the engineers as to which mount to get. That was a week ago. I have not heard back. I also have not heard any word AT ALL about the 20% discount. I had a tech friend of mine come over because the apple TV which we have, was no longer showing the NETFLIX and HULU on the remote. It turns out, that when the original installers left with the old remotes, they took the working and needed remote to the Apple TV with them. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE... Period.

Called to have my Samsung tv repaired and the guy told me that they do no repair anymore... why is your business name All Video REPAIR?!

Called them 5/6 ordered a DVD and installation, was told price was $433.79. I saw that on 5/9 that amount was charged on my MCard. But, nothing had been done. Left voice mails, nothing. Went in to see them 5/16, and they didnt know what was going on. I told them to cancel my order and to reverse the charge they had already put on my card. Lousy service. shouldnt have any stars
