What can I say, its a Home Depot. Nothing fantastic about it and nothing terrible about it. Has a lot of products for almost any home improvement project. Decent pricing too.

Dont ask some of the workers what your looking for because they will tell you its not in the store but you go look and you will find what your looking for i did. I was looking for an island cabinet that i found on their site and a worker said they dont have islands and the wife and i found the exact one we seen online

The costumer service was great! Brenda at the front desk was very pleasant on the phone, and had everything I asked for waiting for me when I drove in from Hamburg. Brenda even remembered my voice from when I called earlier in the week. Joe that helped me load my truck was very pleasant also. Highly recommend shopping here!

This time it was better than our last visit we went to Lowes to purchase a new shower and doors. Home Depot did not offer to help! Told us we can order on line and look up information on line just like they do. So much for customer service. I now prefer Lowes. They are very helpful

Plenty of easy parking and access.I go here because of the veterans discount however, you are limited to the amount you get. Most of any home improvement merchandise you need. As anywhere else, my visit on 3 may 21 showed high prices on lumber.

Bought 2 pack of Ryobi batteries 2 weeks ago. Free tool with purchase. I choose a leaf blower. It was not in stock but would be there within a week. Called today, no leaf blower yet. Why are they not having it delivered from a different store? Have spent a lot of money on Ryobi tools and batteries in the last 3 months. Also all my garden supplies. Glad they want my business. Very disappointed.

My experience at Home Depot was simply one word. Awesome!!!... I went in there to buy a weed wacker gas powered. Started looking at the battery ones. The salesman that helped me knew everything about this particular model and told me I would not be unhappy with it. He is absolutely 100% correct. Im very happy with the product that they sold me. Also very happy with the level of attention that I received, even in todays day and age. The salesman went above and beyond looked up stats got reviews. Me everything I needed a model number to look it up on my own phone. I praise the Home Depot in Fredonia New York.

A great place for the fixer up in you. Help is always around a corner with staff whom help and recommend or they will get you assistance. The place is always clean and clearly marked with signs, no clutter and speedy, friendly check out services! They will assist in loading you goodies. And for our men and women in and out of uniform ask for a military/Veteran discount. Go ahead and browse, order on line or have it delivered your way!

Everything was good they just didnt have what I wanted

I got a hot water tank from homedepot by RheemNot even a year ago and the overflow valve ended up being faulty. After contacting Rheem not once, not twice but four times finally got a nice CSR to tell me how to go about replacing the unit as it was still under warranty. When I called back Rheem to get reimbursed I got the run around to the point where I made them listen to previous recorded calls from a prior CSR telling me what I had to do to replace and recieve reimbursement. Needless to say I had to take the old one to home depot to get my money back because Rheem will not reimburse and I did not have the receipt for the old tankvut Ana at the fredonia home depot made it possible for me to get my money back and for that I will forever be grateful and always shop Home depot

Asked for a few different front end people to call for help getting large things for me on dif occasions and it seems theyre always too busy or nowhere to be found. On the one rare instance they did come right away they asked what I needed and didnt come back for over a half hr. The cashier apologized but when they finally did come they still hadnt gotten what I requested making me wait 20 more min and then gave me a attitude when they did.

Currently has great garden plants! Also hardscape materials.

I like this store and its convenient for me. Most if the staff is pretty helpful but lately it looks like they hired all new people.I like to get familiar with the employees on a regular basis but who knows why the change?

The amount of items here has declined over the years. Its better to shop the website first and order items to the store as most of the stuff has to be delivered to the store for pick up.

If you dont know where what you need is at do not ask for customer service those guys are trying to find them themselves so I wont even waste your time trying to ask for any customer service there just get in and get out for Construction material but if you have The Choice always go to Lowes

Bought lumber here asked for it to be cut in 2 foot sections, each section is about 1/4 in different from each one. I guess cut your own wood.

Had an issue early on with a very large/heavy delivery. After a few visits & phone calls, my last visit BRIAN, a manager, I believe, sat with me at the computer, looked at the whole situation, made a phone call etc. THE PROBLEM ENDED UP BEING SOLVED THAT DAY. THANK YOU BRIAN. 🤗

4 bags of sand ordered ahead. Young man charged with loading it began putting it in the wrong truck. Then tried to put an open bag in my truck. He was essentially non-conversive and surly with the little he did say.

Their promo for zero percent on large purchases is misleading. Spent on hour and half making purchase, finally it was determined that the John deer lawnmower was not eligible. It was was the second time this happened to me. Employees kept mentioning order on line order on line. Dont they was people in the store. They had very little stock in the store. I will pay off my account and try not to shop at Home Depot. Checked at Lowes they offer zero per cent all the time. Guess where I am going for my next purchase!

Customer service is getting bad, one in a while is ok but every time was a few times a week now when the other the other 2 places dont have what im looking for . we even took a ride to lowes instead.

Its good to know when you look up their website online for items instore they actually have it. Ive traveled miles to make a purchase at other stores only to find that their websites werent up to date!

This is the best Home Depot Ive ever been to. Customer service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. I usually drive to Blasdale to shop because its a little more convenient, but Ill be driving to the Dunkirk Home Depot from now on. Keep up the good work.

Calledl said they do repairs they only repair their stuff not anybody elses product the stores are waste of time everyone just walks around and points to where the product is they never take it to the products and show you also long waits for loading your truck Lowes is my next stop

Prices could be better

Associates are very pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable in their departments and some in multiple. Store is always clean and stocked to expectations. Also one of the few places where you can go and them not have a parking lot full of carts instead of cars😁

Purchase of washer was fine. Delivery and installation service stink. Drain hose was not connected properly. Doing second load it came off and flooded my laundry room. Had to move it to clean up the water. And get someone to fix it on a Sunday. Really need to find a different delivery service. They really are not that good.

This store was cleaner and better stocked than the Hamburg store. Everyone we talked to was very pleasant also.

I stopped into the dunkirk home depot yesterday looking for paint. I asked the girl in the paint department if they carried Sherwin Williams paint. She was extremely rude in her response. She looked at me an snipped NO, BUT SHERWIN WILLIAMS DOES i called the manager and told him about it. I doubt very much anything was done about it. This woman shouldnt work in retail if shes gonna have that kind of attitude with customers.. i guess its Lowes from now on. Its to bad, cause Im remodeling my house..

I happened to be driving by and remembered I needed some gutter pieces. They had a good selection and it wasnt too hard to find them. The prices were decent too.One slight glitch at the self checkout but otherwise a pleasant experience.

The Dunkirk, NY location has an incredibly rude, less than professional Store Manager which because of his actions lost my wife and I as customers. We have resolved ourselves to never do business with this location. An associate by the name of Bill (taller, middle aged) was absolutely atrocious to me. I was looking at garden mulch when he approached me. Firstly, he seemed like he couldn’t be bothered what so ever, which is confusing as to why he came up to me to begin with. After i asked him some questions, his tone of voice got even more rude, sort of like i was giving him too much work to do; and finally towards the end he simply told me he’d get someone else to help me, and left me standing by myself until i had to approach someone else. Terrible. I don’t ever wanna see that guy again, no idea why he’s working in a retail position if he’s gonna act like that towards people.

Quick in and out. Found light bulbs, CLR, and a plastic bin. Got a little direction from pleasant employee to find a bin.

Great place to find things to build remodel, or just quick fixers upper at home . Also a lot of great tools and wide varities of different things . Quick and great service great parking and polite people .

My husband and I ordered a dishwasher from the Home Depot in Dunkirk in November. We have had nothing but issues from the start. The 1st time the order was placed it was done so by an employee incorrectly so we had to cancel the order, and reorder it. When reordering it the one/color we wanted was out of stock. We just today (1/15) received our dishwasher. Two men delivered it and informed me they couldnt install it but we would get a refund for the installation fee. My husband installed it and the information they gave as to why they couldnt do it was incorrect. Im certain it was just they were too lazy was the case. Needless to say very very poor service over all and we will shop elsewhere.
