I like rice cakes. I put toppings on them. I like them plain. This place has caramel, chocolate, ranch, and various rice crisps and chips- but no plain, or “lightly salted” options. This is far and away my favorite gluten-free snack, so not having them in stock makes me pick a different grocery.To make this even more frustrating, the rice cakes are way on one side of the store, with the bread, while the dedicated gluten-free area is on the complete opposite side of the store.Okay, it’s getting worse. I need mouthwash. The whole health and hygiene section is closed “for your safety”. This is confusing and annoying. My breath is bad.

Friendly service. Seemed pretty clean. Good selection with well laid out aisles. This chain is no longer in my state, but I wish it was based on my experience today

We have been using curbside pick up for a long as its been available and they seem to have a pretty firm grasp of the concept.

Friendly staff, efficient layout (for the most part). I had not been to a TOPS market until this one, so I didnt know what to expect. It was pretty intuitive.

I love the fact that pops is enforcing to mask rule. I also love the fact that they had an employee sitting out front offering hand sanitizer for my hands and my cart. And as well as leaving offered the same. I love tops through and through.And I did this just out of comparison price-wise I did the same exact order that I usually do and theres only a $2 difference between tops and Walmart. And for the customer service and cleanliness Ill go to Tops

Decent selection but you can get most of the same things for cheaper at Walmart. I will say Walmart doesnt enforce the government mandated mask policy so Ill be shopping at Tops more because they obey the law.

I ordered a sheet cake for a special occasion. The cake decorator took a personal interest in making sure the cake was exactly what I wanted. She tried to duplicate flowers in a bouquet with icing on the cake and did a beautiful job! We chose a marble cake with light cream icing and everyone raved about the cake! I was very impressed with the bakery staffs enthusiasm and interest in this project!

Clean, easily navigated store. Multiple checkout lanes open to expedite traffic flow. Self-checkout attendant was not personable but answered all questions.

This place is a copy of Giant, the set up and everything else. I felt as if I was at Giant. It was down in Fredonia, Buffalo, NYGREAT PLACE

Very good staff and very clean environment!

Very lax in the salad bar maintenance and replenishment, lettuce is almost always empty or refilled with cheap nearly expired stuff.Many time bulk food nuts and like were almost empty with only crumbs left.The better bottled tea (Gold Peak) is left with empty shelves while nasty Snapple Tea takes up half the section.About to start going to competition.

Store is clean and shelves are well stocked. Its no wonder why they filed bankruptcy, the food is grossly overpriced. Dont fall for the buy one, get one meat sale-TOPS nearly doubles the price of the piece of meat you pay for, so you arent really getting anything for free. Whenever I go there, I try to stick to the 10/$10 deals and their cheese selection is excellent.

Better than most of The Tops markets Ive been in. The chain has really fallen off the deep end over the years. However this place was clean, well stocked and the people walking around didnt seem like they walked off the set of the walking dead. I got some roses to put on my grandmas grave. Very lovely and reasonably priced.

Was shopping today and there was a woman with Covid-19 in the store and she wasnt wearing her mask properly and she was coughing a ton around everyone. Is there any way the store can let shoppers with Covid-19 and healthy shoppers shop separately at different hours so it reduces the spread of Covid-19 from people who have it to the people who dont? I know a lot goes into that though and probably impossible but just wondering because it is concerning.

Deli closes way to early for people on thier way home from work to get something fresh and hot to eat. Bought a premade rotisserie chicken. Worst I ever had, it was dry and not very flavorful. My cats even walked away from it! Wal-Marts rotisserie outshines Tops, cheaper, juicy, and open to take orders if want sides.Prices on most things are too high. $7.49 for large Coffeemate but at Wal-Mart $5.47, Dollar General $5.50.Customer Service, lol, really? Had lotto ticket to cash in. Stood there over 15 minutes while lady doing Western Union (she was doing this while I was checking out at a cashier), but apparently did it wrong 2x didnt stick around for the 3rd attempt. However, manager in back came out to assist briefly and didnt even acknowledge my existence and wandered off into back office.I will still shop there. Love the Peanut Butter cream donuts and the only place to get Good Karma Flax milk. On occassion, will find a good deal.

I always love to shop at Tops and I feel like they have better tasting, fresher stuff than other places.

I am from California, but i enjoy vusiting Tops to find new and unique items! Also for my baking needs. Plenty of treats and baking items.

This Tops is always clean and immaculate. A little outdated but still a nice place to shop. Prices are a bit more expensive than I normally would pay at other stores so I dont shop here often.

We ran out of food for a dinner party thay had what we needed....quick and easy..

My second favorite place for groceries. If you have the bonus card, pay attention to the sale ads and take advantage of the e-coupons and yellow managers special tags you can rack up the savings! Today my total was $276.49 before scanning my bonus card - I actually paid $117.23 for my groceries!!!

Its alright. Not very big, but it usually has what I need. Would be nice if their natural/organic section were a little bigger. I love their bulk section. Their prices are a little on the high side, but their sales are decent.

Just went to get gas saved .30 cents off of a gallon of gas had to use it before the 7th

Good local grocery store. Decent produce section. There is hot and cold prepared food in the deli section. Overall, a medium/large store with just about everything you need.

Stay away from the fruits, advertised sweet cherries they were awful! Cantaloupe is buy 1 get 1 free, bitter is putting it mildly, my daughter thought I was poisoning her.Dont get me started on the sweet corn,NEVER AGAIN! 1 star only because I cant give it a 0

My boss who is way above being a senior citizen and shops your store seversl times a week,went for groceries and your cashier REFUSED to bag his groceries all because they werent allTops reuseable bags. WTH!!!! i didnt know your co. Segregates people on the baga they use. He wont be going there again!

After Walmart stopped carrying Not Your Fathers Root Beer, I thought I was screwed. Luckily Tops has an absurdly good selection of beers.

I prefer this store for main grocery shopping in our area.The set up of produce and cash registers could be arranged for less circling around the store.Not as much selection and variety as Wegmans but that is 30 miles away

Employees are not helpful. Prices are decent, but Walmart beats them for sure. They do have good sales here, but the products are stocked in a way that you could easily make the mistake of grabbing an item that you THINK is part of the sale, but isnt really. Customer service desk is 50/50.

The cashiers are welcoming. If you cant find something they are willing to help find it for you. The location is perfect. Id actually like to see one in the city of Dunkirk for those that cant drive or are elderly our handicap. The prices are very comparable to that of Walmart on most of their items.
