Promised to have my clothes done by a certain day over charged my card and didn’t service my clothes but then refused to give me back my clothes or refund me. told me she was going to get my clothing out her husband’s car when I threatened to call the police said she would be 15 mins didn’t come back til a hour and a half later, extremely unprofessional, and rude.
