Poor customer service! Some help know what they are doing and some dont! Some help have manners and some dont. Do not go there near closing time because their service is pathetic! Their prices are NOT THE BEST ! Further they have an antiquated accounting system. Which other plumbing supply store do you go to where they ask you if you paying by credit or debit and you have ro tell them which specific card are you using? Its called technology!!! And trying to exit the store requires circus skills! Poor logistics at Crosstown Plumbing Supply! They do not care about customers go somewhere else! Lastly. Unlike major plumbing supply stores, if they sell you a defective product you get your money back, not crosstown!!!??,

Really nice staff, told me what replacement part I needed and got me set up to fix my furnace. Their help got me the part I need for $15 and I avoided paying HVAC repair company a quoted $350 to fix.Will definitely go back

I just left this store not even 8 minutes ago I walk in there are two people at the return window there are three men at the computer cash register one is looking up something on the computer the other is drinking soda or coffee I really dont know but I saw him drinking something theres a sign they have posted that says dont get mad dont get upset youre next so Ill wait again I am the only person in the store now because the two men at the return window leave and I wait three men coming from the side door go underneath the covid-19 protection chain that they have in the store they approached the guy with the glass that was drinking something right away he starts telling the guy with the glasses what he wants the guy with the glasses says hold on hold on did anybody say next the guy was ordering stop speaking and then he says to him what is it that you want and starts helping him I said excuse me but Ive been standing here and I was next he never responded he never answered he continued helping that gentleman I left I will never do business with the store again I dont understand that I was the only person in the store at the time and he totally ignored me and went to somebody else

Parking is always packed but thats bucuse they have what you need them hard to find parts and specialty parts. This plumbing parts supplier is a great place to get parts for most of your plumbing needs. Definitely more variety and array of parts than Lowes, Home Depot, etc. The sales staff on average are very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, but more expensive than your box stores. They have some of the best prices when it comes to furnaces and water heaters. This place could easily be a 5 Star facility. Their poor customer service and minimal parking lot makes me give them a 3 Star. To purchaseanything, you must take a ticket number to wait to be called. You can easily be in the store for an hour with only 4 customers in the store. This wait period costs many of us money because time is money. Nit being able to park has its downfalls as well. The bottom line is, this is a great place to get hard to find parts and to get great tips and info, but if you are in a rush, go to a box store because if this place is busy, you will be awhile.

I purchased a boiler and Lenny was the best he didnt just sell me a boiler but explain the importance of how to care for my boiler. 5 star service indeed

Bought new Kitchen Faucet from here when my home depot special rotted away after only 2 years.. A guy named Lenny talked me into a brand called Danze, said they were almost the same price as the better Home Depot ones but way better quality. He was right! You could feel the weight and see the quality right out of the box, and it looks gorgeous. He had the thing shipped to my house literally the next day.Straight talk, and great service. I like it!

Purchased a crown boiler in 2015 that was dated 2005 and boiler started leaking and Crown refused to warranty.I had no idea to look at the manufacturing date when purchasing the boiler-I put in with the plumber recommended him he picked up the boiler and I paid crosstown plumbing directly and I have my receipt. The owner now want me to buy a block.He tried to convince me that this is normal and I had him on speaker and when my plumber corrected him he was very upset. He threatened to hang up a few times and was very disrespectful..... I will never buy another Cown boiler nor will I shop at Croddtown plumbing.He also told my plumber if he wanted to buy a block for the furnace he would discount it by $100. and the sale price would be $891 but when I called the same place (crosstown plumbing) Aaa salesman name Tom gave me a price of $791. and when I shopped around I got a much cheaper price.I decided to just buy a Utica boiler and take my losses and the to court.STAY AWAY FROM CROWN BOILERSAnd CROSSTOWN PLUMBING!!!!

Great place to go for plumbing parts. They had a hose I needed for a price and pfister kitchen faucet. Unlike home depot and Lowes; you always feel the personal one on one customer service here. The counter workers have great knowledge and willing to help you. Thank you.

So I purchased 5 radiators valves from this company on 1/8/2018. I paid for the merchandise with my credit card and signed the credit card slip. When I refused to sign a secondary document which is a contract, that says they are not responsible for any defective products, the owner by the name of Lenny threaten to take back the merchandise which was already paid for and in my possession. They refused to give me my receipt after I requested it twice and threaten to call the police after seeing that I was no idiot. He threaten to call the police which is funny since I committed no crime and just spent approx. $130.00. Classic move Get out or Ill call the POLICE.AND, I was told to never come back. This is how the White Man treat us black people in our community. How dare you. They must really think that we are a bunch of thumb ass black people who can not read and will put our signature on any type of document without questioning it. I will be writing a complaint to the dept. of consumer affairs. I gave them one star since that is a requirement to post a comment. But in reality, they dont deserve it. Just Horrible.
