This Carvel is better than half the indie spots Ive taken my daughter to. The staff is super nice and they have some cool flavors I havent seen anywhere else, like Grape Nuts and Churro.

Its located near the subway and they are fast.

I went here with my husband and we found a piece of hard white plastic in the ice cream Carvelanchr The so called owner was do nonchalant about this finding. He told me ohh dont worry I will give you a free ice cream and a $10 coupon I will be seeing a Lawyer because my husband was stuck in the mouth by the hard plastic and his mouth was bleeding. ..You think he would have called me back . Nope he didnt and when I was outside looking in at him answer the phone he distinctly says Oh the Owner is Not Here Right Now ...its a Shame ..I spend hundreds of dollars over the years in this place only to be treated so disgustingky rude .......

Place was dirty and filthy machine wasnt even working properly and bugs were in the sprinkles

I ordered a square cake for ten people I got a kiddie size and it will not feed four. The writing and decorations look like a child did it. I’m so angry but during the pandemic what can we do, this company should not be putting out things like this. I can’t believe I got ripped off. Can’t do anything now the birthday is today.... thank carvel for messing up what could have been a great cake but now I have to drive around and find a cake to feed the rest of the people in my house not just the birthday girl... $$$$$ . Should have read the reviews first...

This place will surprise you. The bill was appropriate for the quality.

I went to pick up a cake for my daughter birthday and I asked the employee to wash her hands before putting on gloves due to she was handling something miscellaneous without gloves on she got mad and just threw the gloves on I repeated my request she refused walked off and sent someone else out to help me all because she didn’t want to wash her hands we are dealing with a pandemic covid-19 obviously this employee doesn’t care about the safety of others and I will never step foot into this establishment again!!

As you would normally sample items, to see what flavor you would like to indulge in. I was interupted by the manager( he says his name is john) as he tells me to hurry up and order so he could eat his subway sandwich. I explained to him that his request was extremly rude and I will never go back. Johns response was thats fine but I need to eat my sandwich I will never go back as long as John is working there. His customer service is terrible.

There soft serve ice cream is delectable and also buy one Sunday get one free on Wednesday is a great deal.

This is my go to spot when I have a sweet tooth. The place is clean. The ice cream is yummy and they have specials on Wednesdays.
