Well stock although they are out of stock of their Smart Value disinfectant wipes for over a month. Yesterday they had individual wipes 1 per customer. This is really annoying. They need to order more and press their vendors to wake up.

Great shopping place - some prices great, some too high.

Terrible experience. Went shopping with my mother, a middle aged employer with glasses kept following my mother and I down every aisle. We felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Im guessing its a habit in this location since a previous review wrote something similar. Very disappointment with the treatment.

Had everything I need at great prices except they dont carry Sean John and Kenneth Cole mens body spray anymore they said they only carry that in the Hackensack store they had everything else I needed and prices for very good cheap but the products arent cheaply made.

Terrible service through and through. One of the worst stores in metro NYC. Staff is clueless on how to process a transaction. No more patronage to this bad location.

Save your bed bath and beyond coupons and use them here! The discounts are even cheaper than waiting for drug stores or big retailers like Walmart to go on sale! Does not offer high end make-up nor beauty products, but offers quality and practical products that get the job done.

Alot of deals bring bed and bath coupons

Harmon stores have always been way cheaper than drug stores. Ive relied on them since 1989! They take Buy Buy Baby and Bed, Bath, & coupons even when expired. Youll get either 20% off an item or $5 off an order. You can use 5 coupons for every $75 I think. So awesome. Also, like their partner store, returns are taken even when used so try out whatever you want...its not easy finding stuff that works! Sign up online for digital and mailed offers.

I’m going to share this unfortunate experience I just had with this Harmon location. Let me preface this by saying I’ve only ever written several google reviews all-time and I was not looking for anything unreasonable.I have shopped at this Harmon for the last several years. A few nights ago I went in to purchase items in support of a ministry + non-profit organization’s drive for a homeless community in Brooklyn. I purchased 80 travel pack combos of a toothbrush + toothpaste. I cleaned out every basket of this item they had in-stock. Time ran out on me and the store had to close so I took my items to the register. I met Lucila who was extremely pleasant, professional and courteous. There’s no doubt in my mind from a people/customer service and social intelligence perspective, if she wants to be she will someday be a manager. While Lucila rang me up we conversed about my purchase. One of her colleagues within earshot, Megan joined the conversation. She overheard me looking for my email coupons and helped out. She mentioned if I returned to let a manager know why I was there etc.Today I gathered appx 80 deodorants, 60 packs of personal wipes, ziplock bags etc. I approached the register again only this time a gentleman named Kevin needed to be called over and then the manager, Paul. I greeted Paul with a smile and said “maybe 2 paul’s Can make a right”. He wasn’t engaging at all. That’s fine, maybe he’s not a people person or perhaps he was having a bad morning. He walked over, half heard the scenario and immediately went into business/corporate mode. “I don’t know why she (Megan) would have helped you utilize a coupon or some kind of deal corporate just told us not to do that. I can’t do anything we’d lose a lot of money”. I said Paul, we’re simply talking about a 20% off total purchase coupon which would be $38. “ That is not unreasonable, I’ve seen20% total coupons in my email before. I told him my purchase is for the homeless, his staff members verified they’d seen me in the store a few days ago. While walking around the register area he mumbled whatever corporate directives he recently received etc. I did not care. Whether we were having a business discussion between two intelligent guys or a discussion as business and customer he lacked the social awareness and savvy to see the end goal shouldn’t have been to get my money the end goal should have been to collaborate with the customer as a consultant with a customer service friendly/oriented tone.At the end of the day...I did find a 20% off total purchase and saved the money anyway. I have no doubt in my mind next steps for Paul will include exposing Megan in a negative light when in reality it’s Megan’s customer service that MIGHT be the reason I ever shop there again. Further, Lucila is probably 20 years younger than Paul but trust me there’s A LOT that Paul the manager can learn from his cashier.
