Amazing customer service this chick knows her stuff! I loved going in there and having her just educate me about the sport and the different boards. She is not interested in just selling her boards but educates you about others and wants you to check them out so you can find “your” perfect board. I have been looking for a second SUP for a couple of years and did not want to blow the budget, but also wanted something special. So, nearly impossible, right? I stumbled across Bellasol Boards on one of my many facebook marketplace searches and contacted them via messenger. They responded immediately and we went back and forth on the pricing, board specs, etc. I was amazed by how quickly the owner answered and how helpful she was with all of my questions. Because I live about 4 hours away and I thought I had found my perfect board, I ended up paying for the board over the phone and they held it for me for several weeks. I was apprehensive about getting up there and the board or the shop not meeting my high expectations, especially since I had already spent the money.. It was the opposite. Tyler, the other owner, was there and helped me get the board ready, on my truck, etc. Super friendly and professional. I have not been able to use it yet, but the board is gorgeous, well priced, and unique looking. I cannot recommend Bellasol Malakai Boards enough. The true epitome of what a small business should be.

Nothing but good things to say about Bellasol/Malakai boards. My wife purchased me the Classico for my birthday..It has to be one of the best boards out there you can get for the price...Weve had two other competitors products & have since sold one in order to get a 2nd Malakai board..The Woodsman. We live on the Gulf Coast in Mississippi & use them both on our many flat water paddles of the local beaches, lakes & rivers, along with the frequent trips we make to the Florida Panhandle when the surf kicks up a lil wave..Thanks to Tyler(owner) & his SUP Surfing tips were getting pretty good at it! Both Christina & Tyler are very knowledgeable & easy to reach out to for any question you may have..Plus they genuinely seem to care a lot about their customers. Love this Company!!!

We purchased a Malakai SUP from this company last year and our girls love it! So much that we decided we need another one for us adults to get out and have fun on too. I purchased the 2 board deal from this company and we absolutely love the paddle boards. After renting and borrowing other boards all summer last year we decided it was time to have our own. I came across the Gypsea on Pinterest and contacted the company on which board was best for me. I’m glad I did because they walked me through the process and I scored on a 2 board package deal they were running for Valentine’s Day. I ordered on a Monday by Friday I had it delivered to my house. Not only do they look great in person but my boyfriend was so happy we got such a great deal on it too. I highly recommend this company.
