Morrow glass was super fast in getting my glass cut, and when it wasnt right because I didnt measure correctly, they trimmed in down and got it back to me in a couple of hours. Highly recommend them
As a General Contractor, I have done business with Morrow Exteriors and Glass on numerous projects. I have found their work ethic and quality of workmanship to be excellent! I recommend them to anyone needing commercial glazing.
Hello Sandra,I’m the installer from Morrow’s that completed that job for your parents in Towanda. Unfortunately your parents contractor chose to replace the rotten wood on the perimeter of the garage door opening with treated lumber. Treated lumber is saturated with chemicals which inhibit rot. The problem with this wet lumber is that it tends to twist and curl as it dries.I was instructed to wrap the wooden opening with white aluminum. The metal work looked straight and sharp when my work was completed. Within two months time the metal did wrinkle as the wood underneath it began to twist away from the opening. This occurrence was beyond our control unfortunately.I contemplated explaining this situation at length. Although, I would hate for our past, current or future customers to receive the wrong impression of our company by a simple misunderstanding or a misleading review. I’m proud that for 39 years we’ve had thousands of satisfied residential as well as commercial customers. Morrow Exteriors and Glass has and will continue to provide professional grade craftsmanship for all our valued customers.
I would rate this with no stars if possible. My mother used this company to fix the opening around her garage door. They cut the piece to long, so when they forced it to fit in place it buckled. They are trying to say its the type of wood that caused it and wont fix it. She has called them several times and they wont stand behind their work. I would not recommend them to anyone. Only to steer them clear from using them.
