Couldnt help put in tail light bulb but neither could auto zone

The counter Male was so rude. Did not like that I asked for a better quality bulb. I paid and walked out to my vehicle. After I thought about how rude he was I went back and asked for a refund. Which is when he began to demand to know what my problem was. When he finally decided to give me my refund he threw my receipt at me. I will only shop at autozone in the future. At least he was nice and told me to have a good day.

Very helpful staff. Needed longer terminals for my new battery I wasnt sure how to do it or what to get the staff helped me completely. Very thankful. Worker explained how to do it very easy. You need parts or advice this is the place to go for all your auto needs

If youve seen one auto parts store, youve seen them all, to be honest. But, these guys were friendly and helpful. And testing is free. One guy actually replaced my cars headlight bulb in 12 degree weather. Seriously, thats awesome. You cant ask for better. And its worth giving a tip or something for that.

Did their best to get me back up and going.

Sharron took care of my car. Tested battery, put in new one checked other things to make sure the car was now running just great. Thank s so much Sharron for the great customer service.
