I like going into this store, you never know what new animal or unique fish they might have. I just set up another 55 gallon tank and the fish that I picked are very healthy. I will be going back soon to see what else they received in.

Very friendly, helpful staff but the animals are not a good buy. I bought two hamster here. One died the night we bought it and the other died about a week later. I would not recommend getting hamsters from them.

They pets, wonderful, rare pets, not puppies and kittens. They also sell farm supplies and chickens and ducks, any fowl needs. The animals sold are on display and you can request to hold them.I bought a baby ferret, named Lowrider. He wonderful and plays with my cat. He hilarious! Well worth the price.They offer farm supplies and animal feed, jewelry, fish and fish tanks, anything you would need for whatever pet you buy.They even sell some clothing, western style.Sometimes I go back just to visit what I call the zoo.And the staff are amazing. They let you hold some of the animals even when they know your not buying.There is always someone that is fully knowledgeable about any thing inside the store, even the plants outside. What they need, how to care for them, ect.If your in El Dorado, be sure to drop in. If not, its worth the trip. Good place to take the kids, please keep they under control. I would hate for them to change their policy on petting the animals.

We got baby chicks. They had a decent selection at a time when many stores were out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Prices are a little wild. Some high, some on point and some cheep. Atwoods is more consistent.

I have bought dog food there many time over the years. I also bought 4 dog pens there. They have been very nice over the years. Now my daughter also buys her dog food there. They have a wide sortment of things. I recommend this place to anyone.

My family loves this store! They have a great selection of fish. Plus the staff is always patient and polite. When we go in for shopping with my six-year-old the staff always let interact her with the pets, while we shop for fish. It’s her favorite place to go and El Dorado!

The workers are awesome people, but the merchandise is overpriced and just seems of good quality. Weeks after purchases you find out about the quality. I would rather shop at Henleys, they are wholesome over there and wont just try to make a buck off of you. They actually care if you are happy with your purchase.

Great customer service great selection on saltwater fish and other items

We really like the people here but as far as buying baby chicks from them, I am no better off with them than Atwoods. Out of 12 chicks bought in past yr I got 2 rooster and also a blind chicken. Unfortunately I will stick with Atwoods now.

Great feed and farm store! Huge selection, high quality sources, and affordable prices. Whether you need pet items or farm tools, they will either have it or can get it!

No one, absolutely no one in that store knows how to take proper care of any other animals.The reptiles get the worst of it.Most have little to no hide, rarely have water and have light lamps and not heat lamps. They also pair snakes together which stresses snakes .They have no idea on what morph is what, their humidity levels are always really bad.Poor animals, Union Kennel needs to hire people that know how to take care of all the animals.

Theyve needed to deep clean their floors for 5 years. Maybe a regular stripping and waxing would alleviate the choking smell

Great store but they really need to restock their dog collars, harnesses, and leashes. Went in there the other day to get my dog a nice leather collar and a leash to match and they didnt have a matching set in any color.
