Theyve changed my daughter Stephanie, Oil, and Tires plenty of times. And, have shopped there, for almost everythings we needed, in ours Households Merchandises. Meanwhile, my Grandson Elijah, loves helping us out with the Merchandises we buy there. Plus, its a Great walking workout productive place, as well! ☺😊👌😍👅👪

I just came in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. During that time they informed me that I needed to get new tires on the back and were super helpful. They spent quality time in helping me pick the perfect set and showed great product knowledge. I am incredibly happy with the service. The Maint Techs (Tommy) and (Bunny) were awesome.This was nothing like the experiences I have had in the past (At other locations). They worked hard and provided great customer service. If I lived here I would come here every time.

Google says it closes at 7. So I rush over there after work because I just wanted to check my battery. When I arrive at 6:25 nobody is there and the lights are off. I go to a register and they inform me that, yes, they technically do close at 7.. but they decided to close early. Waste of my time. And the guy who told me it was closed was rude.

I don’t even want to give 1 star but the lady that was working inside was very nice and helped me load my stuff. Other than that the tire center was awful. Was told about 45 minutes just for a patch. An hour and a half later still not done. The guy supposedly working on it was just standing around and would not give any time frame. They didn’t even put my donut back under the car where it goes. They threw it in the back of my van. Then a couple days later the same tire blew out and they said they could look at it but couldn’t give me a time for how long it would take. Are you kidding? I have two small children. I can’t sit in the tire center for hours while you stand around. Save yourself some time. Go somewhere else.

Would have been 5 but the guy who was supposed to open didnt show which put me30 minutes behind. I did save 35% on my tires which I wasnt expecting which is a good trade impo.

It took TWO WHOLE HOURS to get one tire done. Good price though

I went in to get 1 tire & possible oil change if needed & ended up buying 4 tires & said it would probably take an hour, well after 2 1/2 hours later I thought we were done cause guy parked it outside in parking lot until I asked him about did I need oil changed & he forgot so he lifts hood & says your a half quart low & I said but do I need it changed & he said yeah probably so its pretty black & I said well change it, I told you that from the beginning so he acted like he was little aggravated about that & said hell have to pull it back in & I said well so how long will I have to wait now & he said idk probably not long, yeah right, it took almost another 40 mins just to do that so it took about 3 hrs & 15 mins all together when it was supposed to take an hour. I told the guy at the counter who was really nice & his name is Jeremy that I will NEVER EVER be back for tires or oil change ever again. VERY SORRY SERVICE EXCEPT FOR JEREMY. The manager that was there knew I was very ticked off but she never even apologized for the worker Jeremy. Not good business.

Got a tire for my car good price and friendly service

Took 3 frickn hours to put 2 tires on our van. Ive never seen so many people jist standing around like they dont know what they are doing. We werent the only ones that over waited for our service. They need to get some better management or someone that knows how to prioritise jobs. Some times, paying a little more for product or better service is worth the time you save.

Patched my tire and it was done in 15 minutes! Not only were they fast but, also had friendly service and a great price!

I had a terrible experience with the service department! I stood at my car for ten minutes with nobody acknowledging that I was even there for service. Went inside to find help, for an additional 10 minutes I stood at the service desk counter and NOBODY was to be found. I went back outside and had to assert that I was even present to get some help.
