Tried to go on a Thursday...sign said OUT TO LUNCH..one lady drove up and said shed been there 3 times. Went bk Friday to do some comparison shopping with Rickys Carpet...money in pocket, the young guy that stood there (uninterested in our business) did not greet us, did not ask us what we were looking for, I actually think we annoyed him with our presence. I asked for pricing on a particular vinyl laminate and was told the price tags are on them. In other words look for yourself! Very unprofessional, we walked around to give him an opportunity to warm up...he opted instead to go behind the counter. I would not recommend. Too many people looking for work and would appreciate the opportunity. First impression are lasting! Needless to say, Rickys on Shelby Rd. got our business!

Merchandise is reasonable for price. The two guys that work here. Neither one is friendly. They don’t smile don’t offer any assistance most definitely won’t try to help you figure out measurements. Bring back the older guy really do need him there.

The first thing i noticed upon entering was there was noone to greet you, and the one guy there seems to be low in spirit. No smile, no hi thanks for coming. It just seems to be a sad place to work. Now besides that they have great deals and sales. The product is totally on point for the prices.

The last time here, prices were higher and the guy working was not very friendly. We wont go back.

At Railroad Salvage u get excellent deal on doors, carpet flooring an other great deal on other things. Love this store.

Dont waste your time trying to get service at this place the guy who operates the business always unfriendly and unhelpful..The place has really went down since the older man left Im assuming it was his father.I dont expect that the business will last much longer always empty of customers why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money at a failing business that dont value customers its best if you just continue on a mile or so up the road to Home Depot where the service is much better and most definitely friendlier..If you visit this place you will sure to find out for yourself that this is no exaggeration its the truth just ask anyone who has been to this business because everyone that I have spoken to gets the same unprofessional, rude treatment.
