I have been looking for a new Optometrist upon relocating to Butler County from a largeish city. Two bad reviews was enough for me to look elsewhere. This place sounds like a nightmare.

The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered for a place of business allegedly supporting customer satisfaction...these are greedy..self serving..unprofessional minions...unfortunately the rating table doesnt go below a 1 because they dont deserve that...I paid $700 cash money for a pair of glasses..got them a week later...first day the lens falls out...took them back..had to send off...no phone call..update..nothing..over two weeks ..I go in to ask for a refund for paying that much money and then I get lied to by the receptionist that they called me...they did not..I offered to show her my call history..she couldnt give me the day...derrrr...and refused to give a refund...I then call to talk to the owner..Chris Smith...he calls me and did nothing but talk over me and refused a refund once again...REALLY?..only to fix the glasses..Ive been now a month without my new glasses...Chris didnt think that was a big deal...obviously $700 is not for him but it is for me....I took the glasses home and the frame was still loose...they didnt even ck them out...Im furious this second time and again demanded a refunjd...refused again...I asked for a discount and Dr Chris then told me he was going to give me a discount but since I was so upset he refuses to give the discount ..WELL...theres customer service and satisfaction for you! VERY RUDE and in no way shape or form willing to refund after the wait (month)..aggravation...inconvenience...he also said I was threatening him and was going to call the police on me simply because I am going to turn him in to the BBB...the Kansas Optometrist Assc...and Television station...sorry excuse....thank you Google.. for posting this and warning other consumers of this racket...Connie Webb...I would like to add to this review...I took this matter to small claims...in a small town...Chris Smith lied thru his teeth to the judge on the condition of the glasses he sent me in the mail...for one thing...what local professional sends glasses thru the mail??...they arrived bent at the bridge..he lied to the judge..along with his minions ..that I had bent the glasses and then retaped them because I wanted to extort money out of him and wanted everything for free...unabashedly total untruth..I just wanted glasses properly fitted and to not have them returned five times to get that right... For the money I paid...$700 inclusive...Yes they should be perfect...he has to live with himself...shameful this is acceptable...Christopher Smith should be ashamed of himself lying and paying his help to lie under oath...in the court of law...where is the justice for people who put themselves to the mercy of the system..only to be brushed aside for small town politics...greed...shame on you ...Smith Vision in Eldorado...dont go...liars and thieves...only a little man would stoop to bending someones glasses and sending them in the post and then lying about it...
