I had a wonderful experience interacting with the staff. Due to the chaotic world situation, the delivery of my online order took significantly longer than anticipated. However, the staff displayed care, compasion, and patience. The inventory of the store was awesome. My family was able to browse while the sale was being finalized. My son was very impressed with the variety of unique firearms. I look forward to future transactions with this company.

Id like to apologize. I shouldnt have said what I did about her appearance, that was immature & mean. I was humiliated she yelled at me & the entire store heard. I also thought Id lost my mothers things. Its a good business.

So I bought two handguns that were supposed to be the same caliber. They looked identical and they told me they were both the same caliber. When they were boxing up the guns, the guy dropped one of them on the floor. I let that go because it wasnt damaged. I took the guns home and didnt have a chance to really examine them until a few days later and realized one of the guns wasnt even the caliber they told me it was. They sold me the wrong gun. So I take it back in and they say oh yeah we realized it was the wrong one after you left. So they knew they sold me the wrong one and they never called and told me. So I end up not wanting that gun and I decide on a different one. They had to order it, and after a week or so they call me to tell me it came in. So I go to pick up and when they tried running my information, their computers stopped working so I have to wait around and wait around for them to come back on. All this time I had to be off work waiting around for their computers to start working so I ask politely if they could knock 10$ off since I had to wait so long and they tell me they cant do that. Whatever. I wont be shopping here again

This shop is very slow to even ask if you need help. I walked around for 20 min and no one asked if I needed any help or that they would be with me soon. Although there were two people behind the counter. The prices are about 30% high and are MSR which is high. Go to Money town pawn inWichita and you will find much better deals and people.

This is one of my favorite places to go, rather Im just looking to b.s. about guns, price check pistols/ rifles Im thinking about getting, looking for tools or of course buy a new addition for my collection 😎
