I took my grandmother in to the store yesterday because she had lost her hearing aid. I went to help interpret and listen for her. Because my gma can read my lips pretty well. The lady that helped us was so unbelievably kind to my gma. She found her a hearing aid she had in store and put it in for my gma so she could speak to her directly about her warranty. She also let her borrow the temp one until her new hearing aid comes in. My gma lives on a fixed income and this lady was just so understanding and didn’t make my gma feel bad for a second about any of it. I just can not say enough good things about this place or the lady that runs it. Thank you for being so kind! I will never forget what you did for us.
