Ive never written a review. But after my experience here I felt that I should. First two times at the store I had a bad experience and I let it go, maybe it was just a bad day to be there. 3rd time and I cant help but notice a pattern.Pros:Decent variety of items.Items are decent qualitySome of the staff are niceCons:Some of the staff are rudePriceyStaff watches you and follows you around the storeMy experience:Been to this store 3 times. All 3 times they sent a staff member in my area to pretend like theyre stocking or organizing the area. I dont know if its just me.. or if they do that to everyone. I understand if they do that IF theft is a problem in their store. But Ill never know if its that or if theyre just profiling me.Edit to respond to the owners response:First 2 times at the store I noticed staff staring at me and my fiance before one staff member started organizing in my area. Yes I could very well be wrong those times, but Ive never been stared at and felt like that in any other store and my fiance felt the same way. As for the last time, I didnt notice any staring but I had my back facing the front counter and a staff member approached me from behind, when I turned around he was looking directly at me and walking towards me then he stopped in his tracks, turned around and walked back to the front counter without saying anything to me. He didnt stock, he didnt ask if I needed help, and he didnt organize anything. Just made me feel like he was checking on me.

Really great store!! Great selection and amazing friendly staff. Maria the sales girl was helpful and knew where all the product I was searching for. Maria really made shopping so easy . I will recommend this store to all my friends!! Thank you

Selection isnt bad but after purchasing some products last night I found myself at home and unable to find the bag with half of my products! Ive been trying to call them only to find out that the number provided by Google is no longer in service and the number on Facebook goes unanswered, completely as far as I can tell. I reached out to the store via FB Messenger and got a response! Whoever it was that I spoke with informed me that the number I got off of Google was no longer working and suggested I tried their number on their FB page. Which I had already been doing. I told them that nobody answered and asked them how long it would be before my call got returned, as I had left a voice-mail with my number and question on the machine as it had instructed me to. They said maybe monday, if the main manager got around to listening to the messages and returning phone calls. So what was the p purpose of this individual responding to messages?

I bought a product from you all spent 400.00 dollars on it. Spoke to some black lady says she is the manager saying we cant take it back because apparently if you use or in my case I did not get to use it and because I did not put a sleeve back in the box she would not help me exchange it no where in the policy and the signs in the store say if its used we cant exchange does not even say that on the receipt bad service highway robbery I spent so much money in this place to get this type of service nice to see this business robs people of their money

Merchandice is cheap and i just unboxed it and the control broke. Its better to go online to buy stuff. Ebay has really good stuff as low as 6 bucks.

Awful service, it says it closes at 2, we drove all the way over just for the doors to be locked. Knocked to get the ladys attention that was at the counter and she completely ignored us. Idk who it was, but she had medium length brown hair with a bad ombre to blonde. Super rude.

Poor selection and a rude employee. The products have been touched dozens of times & the person behind the counter doesnt bother to disinfect behind people (just stands and watches everyone).

Update your hours on Google if you close at 8:30.Im more than sure Im not the only one who has mentioned this.

The item I bought was cheaply made and was overpriced. I thought I would support this local business and buy here instead of amazon. I was stupid enough to think the higher in price items the better in quality. WRONG! I recommend shopping Amazon better. They have a better return policy.

Shopping for pleasure products is not an easy task especially when all the products seem to do the same thing. It would be a better shopping experience if the staff felt more approachable or if they would approach us. I understand they are not Pushy salesman but to they should Caden about their customers needs or wants. Long story short I didnt buy anything and will not return.

Horrible customer service and the worst toys ever purchased!! Every battery operated toy Ive bought from here doesnt last more then a couple of days the parts are always faulty in some way Ive had them over heat and melt, just simply fall apart, or have some wiring or connection problem so they go in and out!! Every single time!! Ive tried to give them second and third chances because I didnt want to wait for one that I ordered online from somewhere else and overtime Im disappointed and they dont have any kind of policy to replace them !! This place sucks!, also their video selection is meh...
