We booked APC because they made everything so easy for us. They worked with our budget, our schedule, our rescheduling, and were responsive throughout. Not to mention, the food was amazing. We have been receiving compliments non-stop since our wedding. Working with Sarah was amazing. She had great suggestions and advice, and was so accommodating of everything we needed on our wedding day. The entire staff was wonderful. Our day of event manager was kind and welcoming, and made every moment of our wedding wonderful. We could not have asked for a better catering company to facilitate our rentals, open bar, and catering needs. Do yourself a favor and book them now!!

I just went to a wedding this past weekend and was so impressed with this catering company. I am a family member of the bride. So I got to see what every guest saw as well as some of the behind the scenes. The staff was always professional - to each other and all guests. They were all friendly and helpful. The decorations they brought matched the decor of the venue perfectly. The food was delicious. And other guests thought so as well. It was all served and cleaned up unobtrusively. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable - and patient with yellow jackets buzzing by. I wished I lived nearby so I could recommend this company to all my friends.

I am trying to figure out an excuse to host wedding 2.0 just so I can repeat this amazing day with all of our vendors. APC catered our wedding at Great Oak Manor. From the start, Sarah was a pleasure to work with and amazed us at how meticulous she was at keeping track of all the fine details. On the day of our event, the staff arrived early, were all very friendly, and were willing to make a few last minute tweaks, all with a smile on their face and a sense of humor that fit right in with our crowd. The food was fantastic and portion sizes surprisingly generous. So glad we lucked out with APC… everything was Absolutely Perfect!

Takes advantage of a pandemic to keep thousands of your dollars for nothing. Most expensive food tasting Ive ever attended. Went with an alternative caterer who haduch better customer service, excellent food, and provided flexibility amidst a global pandemic. Our experience was absolutely perfect! We signed a contract with APC pre-COVID and ultimately decided to downsize our wedding and move it from Southern Maryland to Northern Virginia. The change was seamless and APC was incredibly accommodating. In fact, we enjoyed working with them so much that we decided to cancel our original Rehearsal Dinner plans and had them cater our rehearsal instead of going out to a restaurant. Stacy Beales, our event designer, was incredible to work with from start to finish. She was so responsive and on top of every detail. We rented a lot of specialty rentals (tables, chairs, glassware, etc.) and she coordinated every detail for us flawlessly. The on site catering captain, Lisa, was a delight and the catering staff and bartenders were incredible. They were so kind and left our venue (my parents house) in perfect condition at the end of each night. As for the food - it was DELICIOUS! The filet was definitely the most popular choice and everyone raved about it. It was cooked to perfection. The appetizers were adorable and delicious - we loved the tenderloin blinis, pretzel chicken poppers, and crab cakes! For the rehearsal we did a charcuterie spread and Italian buffet, which were also delicious. Everything was presented beautifully. I cant wait to find a way to use APC again in the future! Visited Absolutely Perfect for our wedding menu tasting and they are so fantastic! I have been working with them for about a year towards all of the details for our wedding and they have been so great. Sarah is so helpful, has great ideas, and is very patient! I would recommend them to anyone! The food is amazing and you cant beat the service!UPDATE:Absolutely Perfect Catering lives up to their name! They helped make the entire process, from early planning, all the way through day-of services, an absolute dream. Sarah was with me along the entire journey and really helped plan my entire wedding! They asked all of the right questions to get me thinking about my vision for our big day and made sure everything was covered. Calling them a caterer makes it sound like all they handle is food (and boy, do they know how to handle food!), but they covered so much more—our bars, rentals, linens, set-up for our ceremony, flipping for the reception, servers, etc, etc. They were really a one-stop shop for our biggest wedding needs. The menu tasting was super helpful and all of the food they made was delicious! I was so excited about our menu and our guests LOVED it! They even fit in my favorite—mac and cheese! Sarah, Stephany, and Amber made sure that our day was magical and every little detail was taken care of. Even when there was an unfortunate medical emergency during our reception, they handled everything with compassion and professionalism. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing their service was and am incredibly thankful they were a part of our wedding day team! Thank you, APC!

Absolutely Perfect Catering was just that: absolutely perfect. Our wedding had to be completely re-planned after our original venue canceled 3 weeks before the date, but APC made that transition seamless. Stacy was so helpful in making sure we didnt forget anything and she was SO fast at responding. APC goes above and beyond as a caterer and works out your entire timeline with you, all of the details surrounding floor plan and decorations, and they even provided decorative touches to their buffet display. I just cant say enough about how well they pulled off catering our wedding. And with only a few weeks to prepare! The food and execution of the service was impeccable- everyone complimented us on how great everything tasted and how friendly the staff were. We couldnt have kept our original wedding date without their help and for that were very grateful.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunchbox compliments of a training class I attended yesterday. I ate part for lunch yesterday and finished it off today. Generous portion sizes. Omg! Grilled chicken caesar wrap, fruit salad, potato salad and 2 cookies... EVERYTHING was delicious! Sorry I couldnt include a before pic.

They live up to their name. They catered our Christmas dinner on 12/14/17. When I couldnt see the vision, they talked me through it. The evening was far better than I could have imagined. They were punctual and professional, the food was amazing, they were fun and they turned a small coffee house into an amazing party room. The decorations were simple but beautifully placed. Their clean up was fast and once they left, there was NO sign that theyd ever been there. The food....THE FOOD.....garlic mashed potatoes, the best salad, the meatballs, the stuffed mushrooms....it was ALL very tasty and there was plenty of food for seconds (and thirds for some). We WILL call on them again for our next event and Id give them 10 stars. Thank you for all you did to make our holiday party PERFECT.

This company is AMAZING! We hired them for our wedding on 10/14/17 and they went above and beyond to make our event awesome! They even set up our ceremony site last minute when the venue crew failed to do it. The food was epic... to die for! We did brunch for dinner with some special Maryland dishes and they nailed it. Also their presentation is amazing - they blended all their displays right in with our fall themed/rustic wedding. All of their staff are also fantastic, friendly and professional! We highly recommend them!

The service (delivery, setup, presentation) was very detailed, even elegant, all the way down to the perfectly stacked napkins and little name cards for each item, and the food was even better! Creative and delicious (the lobster grilled cheese was amazing!). Highly recommend for any catering needs!

Very organized company. Alot of offerings. Everything tasted very salty though. Theyre very pushy. Kept calling and emailing after I had considered using them for a wedding catering option. I had already told them I made up my mind with another company. They continued to ask questions about who I ended up using and sending countless emails from different sales reps.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Leslye and Morgan were wonderful throughout the entire process of planning and conducting our wedding, we couldn’t have done it without them. Their staff was friendly and the service and guidance we received went above and beyond all of my expectations. People are still telling us over a month later how good the food was at our wedding! I have been and will be recommending APC to everyone I know and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Leslye, Steph, and the rest of the Absolutely Perfect team were amazing! We used them for our recent wedding and they couldnt have been more helpful and the food couldnt have been anymore delicious. During the planning process, they were quick to answer any questions that we had and were very helpful in organizing the day. During the wedding, they made sure everything ran smoothly and we are still getting comments about how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend them for any wedding!

I am a photographer and today there was a wedding in Baltimore which this company (cant call them absolutely perfect) serviced. According to the contract, the couple is supposed to provide a meal and they pay a catering company. However the 2 photographers and the videographer werent offered a meal until they went to the caterer and asked about the food. A lady from from the company had a very unhappy face as if she was doing us a favor by providing a meal that had been paid for It was a cold ham sandwich. Two of us do not eat pork and the lady was told about that but she did not offer anything instead. Besides the sandwich looked like it was kept in a refrigerator since 1990s. So basically this company took the couples money and used it to provide the vendors with a cheap snack- cant call it a meal or food So all the 3 vendors refused to yake it and had to work for 8 hours on an empty stomach. I only wonder how much this company charged the couple for this meal and how much it was in reality - a great way to make extra money.If you really wanna be an absolutely perfect company you need to treat vendors absolutely perfect

They should select a different name. Things that were less than perfect:Our planner couldnt keep my name straight, many emails or phone calls greeted me with the wrong name -- I was the groom in this.They charged our credit card higher than the contract amount, and the disagreement required escalation to a manager resolve -- why do you need a managers permission to refund $75 you shouldnt have charged? This took several phone calls to resolve.Some (not all) of the food was disappointing.Overall, they did a pretty good job, but it was nowhere near perfect.

My wife threw a 70th birthday party catered by Absolutely Perfect for 53 people. They arrived to setup on time, encouraged us to eat hors doeurvres before guests arrived (spot on recommendation), served food and beverages, interacted with guests just right, and cleaned up quickly. Virtually every guest complemented the food (crab balls, vegetarian stuffed mushroom caps, braised orange short ribs, charm city chicken, eggplant parmesan). A couple take always 1. They are fantastic to work with. 2. This didnt taste like catered food. 3. You could cut those braised short ribs with a fork per my 100 year old mother-in-law. 4. Absolutely Perfect is Absolutely Perfect.

Having been to two weddings catered by APC, I knew I was going to get a high quality and unique dining experience. I decided to use them twice this year for our catered luncheons that we provide to our VIP customers. The food was amazing, on time, and there was more than enough! I had to use them again in a pinch when our original catering through Chipotle was mysteriously cancelled for 50 people which I found out about 4 days prior to our event. I emailed APC in a panic and they worked with me quickly to stay around my budget and provide a feast for my customers!Your staff, creativity, and food is amazing! Thank you so much once again! We cant recommend you enough!

Leslye and her staff did a amazing job catering our reception. We had a 4 hour reception and everything was delicious. I made my own centerpieces, table numbers and escort cards and the staff was able to set up everything perfectly.The staff was very professional and I received many compliments on the food. The buffalo chicken dip, steak skewers and black & white tuna were among the favorites at our reception. Our guests had a choice of pan seared tilapia, chicken picatta or a vegetable napoleon. I had the tilapia and it was wonderful my husband wasnt able to finish his chicken picatta but he thoroughly enjoyed the attempt.Our wedding cake came from Absolutely Perfect as well. We had a small three tiered cake that was beyond belief per our guest. We had two bites of it but were floored with it. The top was tiramisu, center yellow cake with strawberry preserves and strawberry mousse and the base was chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry preserves. The decoration was a copy of our invitation scroll work. I made our cake topper, but forgot it and the even coordinator brought it to my attention at the end of the event since they were unable to find it. (Totally my fault, I forgot to put it with the rest of our decorations). I was having such a good time I didnt even notice it!A few days before our wedding we added an additional guest, changed two meals and Leslye didnt bat eye about it. She was incredibly helpful and replied to emails very quickly. If you want a catered that will respond to your concerns, answer honestly, and work with you then Absolutely Perfect is the company for you.
