I frequent Michael’s a lot, probably too much. Anyway, they have a fairly new male employee who has stepped up the level of customer service. He politely interacts with the customers and he is very helpful. His name is “Sam” and I just wanted to show appreciation for your friendly professional attitude.

I lovee Michaelssssss. They have excellent stuff to make handmade flowers and cards. I love their sticky Pearl embellishments. Made this card using their embellishments and these flowers using their foam and felt.Also, this location is excellent. I do my grocery shopping and can visit Michaels at the same time. Chuck e Cheese is also there as well as Party City.

VERY RUDE manager, Gail, who demonstrated terrible customer service to my daughter and me while we were making a return with a receipt. She had a bad attitude as well. I wont be going there again!

This is the strangest embroidery floss section Ive ever seen. The colors arent in numerical order, which made finding the colors I needed almost impossible. When I mentioned it to the cashier, he said its been that way for a long time, and all the staff found it annoying. But then why not fix it?

Michaels has always been my go-to craft store. But lately, Im having issues with it. During these times, there is almost nothing for someone who does not celebrate Christmas. Its hard to find certain items. And my biggest complaint is the parking lot. I understand its a communal lot, shared by a number of businesses, but the rows in front of Michaels are horrible. I popped a tire the other day because of the crater-like potholes.

Sort of hard to find things but fun to go as always.

Was hard to find things I had to go up to ask a cashier to help me find things because there was no one on the floor even though there was almost no one in the store. I had to go to another store for some craft supplies they didnt carry. When I did I wished I went there first because they had everything and they were cheaper. Michaels use to be great but not so much anymore.

Michaels no longer takes competitor coupons and their weekly coupon is typically 20% off. I was expecting it to be 40%. I had to wait in line with 1 other person waiting in front of me for over 15 minutes to check out. I understand we are living in unprecedented times so I will go back in hopes that they will work the kinks out.

Really dislike that the circut vinyl is locked and you need to search for someone to unlock it.

Always has things for holidays and crafts. I just had a custom frame made and it is amazing. The help and patience of the folks in framing is exemplary. They made great suggestions and knew their inventory of choices. Thank you!

The Michaels crew is always a pleasure to interact with.The layout of the store is not intuitive and its relatively small compared to other Michaels in the area. The last few times Ive gone here, there were large boxes in a few of the aisles, carts blocking merchandise.I love buying yarn for crocheting here though. This location always has a nice selection of discounted yarn and yarn sales.

I dont craft, so I dont come here often. But, each time I do, they always have exactly what I need and someone is always available to help find what I need. They almost always have some coupons or deals going on that I am not aware of but the cashiers always hook me up. Hopefully wont need another Christmas tree any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here.

Good selection, friendly help

I got teeny tiny storage containers for my new diamond art hobby at Michaels. The price was fantastic. I also got my diamond art custom framed. Greg was great! He had truly cares about how to mount delicate art work. He found that a shadowbox would be perfect and was very knowledgeable in matting the picture. I will continue to go to him at Michaels to get my work expertly framed. It has handicapped parking and is wheelchair accessible.

I love me some craft stores. They never disappoint and have good deals and coupons.

Went to Michaels for floating candles for my secret Santa person (shhh- dont say anything). They had a few choices. Got 3 colors. No stars or christmas shapes unfortunately. Staff was helpful finding the candles. Was asked 3 times if I found what I was looking for. Christmas decorations were 50 % off. I imagine Saturday will be a crazy house. Be safe.

Michaels is an amazing place. Good for making crafts and doing crafts. Really big, so much stuff! Okay staffs, not the best staffs.

I love this store, I frequent it often and have always found what I need. I think the people that work here are great as well. I had a birthday party here in their craft room and Gail who worked it was wonderful. She made everything easy and stress free for me.

I went here because Party City was closed at 8:30PM on a week night. Go figure. I like Michaels - had my eye set for graduation decoration. It was limited, but a found a couple of items. I will go back.

Not much of a selection. They were out of laminate sheets and said they didnt even carry Velcro in long rolls. They did have a great deal on candles and they smell great! But I wasnt looking for candles.

Theyre usually very well stocked but if you have a question it can be fairly hard to track down a staff member.

I found what I wanted... Magnets... But it was by luck. Store seemed crowded (fixtures were tall and lighting a little lacking) not how I remembered Michaels when it was in Ballwin plaza for many years.

Typical craft store, I usually only go for their professional framing and only when I have a coupon. However, even with a coupon its still expensive

At this store I usually find everything Im looking for, except frames... 3 separate times (within 2 years) I ended up going to another Michaels that carried the frame size/choice I was looking for. Otherwise this store is great. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I liked their old location better. They seem to have down-sized. The one in Des Peres has better selection now.

Went in looking for Christmas ornaments. I always feel like I have to walk and walk to find anything at this store. Plus, help is never around to ask. I have searched multiple aisles and there was no one around. I go to checkout and wait 10 minutes to checkout 2 ornaments...a little frustrating.

I have frequented this store quite a bit in the past; mostly friendly helpful people, but not today. I live in the Midwest and we are currently experiencing major flooding. Highways and roads are closed. I did not want to be on the road unless I knew they had the product I needed. I called to check and was put on hold for an unusually long time. I tried calling again, twice, and after many rings, the person purposely picked up the phone and hung it up. Guess they were having a really bad day and did not feel like talking.
