Absolutely flawless service. I visited another local music store prior that kept me waiting a ridiculous amount of time and then gave a very high quote to change one guitar string and tune up. I left and went to Mozingo. Very friendly, called for pickup as originally indicated, and professional all the way around at less than half the price.In my mind, Mozingo far exceeds the competition.

This is a good music store. My only complaint is the repair aspect. I had my cello bridge replaced here recently. The new bridge is great, positioned well and really improves the sound of my cello however, my cello was unnecessarily dinged up in the process. A bridge replacement, carefully done, should not leave dings on the instrument. Next time I will go somewhere else for repairs.

Mozingo is a great place to rent an instrument. The staff are friendly. The instruments are great and they look very new. They have instruments of all kinds. The instruments are organized very well.This is an awesome place to get instruments. I would highly recommend this place.

I have purchased 2 high quality instruments, hired 4 different private music instructors and enjoyed multiple books of music from Mozingo Music. I bought a guitar at the Ellisville location a few months ago. The service after the sale has been excellent. Its nice to be recognized when you walk back into a business as a returning customer. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always eager to help.The jam sessions are fun to watch! One of these days Im going to bring a guitar and join in.

We recently went to Mozingo in Ellisville to purchase a Ukulele for our son. We promptly greeted by a knowledgeable salesman who provided information on the different types of ukuleles in the store and helped us to select the best ukulele to fit our budget and needs. It was a positive experience. We have since enrolled our son in guitar lessons and we are extremely pleased with his progress. He really likes his instructor Scott.

Very impressed with how great the staff is here and the quality of work Rene Lopez does when he sets up my guitars and basses I bring in. I know that after I get my guitar back from Mozingo I have a hard time putting my instrument down, and whenever I pickup something new that doesn’t sound right I know that the tech here will adjust it to how it should be. Will continue to bring any new and used guitars that I acquire in for adjustments and setups for the future.
