I was driving and saw the outside which is super lit up and all glass with a window top to bottom of bongs. I was drawn immediately because I needed one and had time to kill. I walked in; overwhelmed because its huge and there was so much to see. The owner came over right away and asked me if I needed something and once we started talking I walked out with a bunch of products 20 minutes later! He was super helpful as I was over sharing about my smoke habits, tendency to drop and break bongs, and asking a million questions lol. I was wandering around admiring all the products after I chose my bong and he kept recommending products. They sell everything and anything smoke related including incense and I think cigars? - I saw a smoke room in the back. This is the type of spot I would drive all the way from Brooklyn to. They have everything, know their stuff, and dont skimp on quality.

First time leaving a review for any business but I Been to Medusa a few times and definitely this is the place to go for ALLL of your hookah needs! They are very helpful and don’t mind questions. They have top of the line equipment and hookahs so if you are in need of a hookah spot with everything in stock this is a MUST! Great job Medusa I will be back.

Walked into the store at about 9:30 pm was greeted by the person at the desk with a smile. There was other workers in the store and I was looking at the hookah he had brand new tips abreast and handed one to me and the person I was with to try it. The hookah was AHHHHMAAAAZINGGGG I’m not a big hookah smoker but it was really smooth. We purchased what we intended on and kept asking more questions and EVERYONE I MEAN ALL STAFF was helpful and attentive I walked in to make a 10 dollar purchase and just from how comfortable I was shopping and looking around we ended up spending way more than 10 but it was worth it!! Great customer service, the location was impeccable! Super clean and smelt amazing! Will defiantly be back.

Redefines smoke shops once and for all — I was so surprised at how clean this shop was. Fully packed with unique items. Inventory was extensive. Came across things I didn’t know about before. BEST VAPE SHOP IN THE AREA! They have a whole bunch of cool products and apparel. There is a huge selection of bongs, vapes, bowls, hookah, ash trays, grinders, and a lot more. The whole staff is friendly and they help you find everything you are looking for. When they didnt have the hoodie I wanted in my size, they even offered to order it for me. 10/10 reccommended
