I have generally been happy with the service at this location over the years. However, when I went for my most recent oil change, there were two prominent signs outside the building stating 15% off for Uber and Lyft drivers, of which I am one. I drove in with my Uber and Lyft decals in the windshield. I was not given the discount. I was told that this is only for synthetic oil. There is no indication on the sign that this is the case. In fact the sign makes no indication as to what services are eligible for the discount. It simply states 15% off for Uber and Lyft drivers. This has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I would be hesitant to go there again.

I made my first appointment at Avis Lube and it wont be my last! I had no appointment and i was in and out! As a women, mechanics will often try to take advantage and try to sell me things that i dont need, but these guys were honest and respectful. Great customer service, i will definitely be returning!

It was very open, not crowded at all.They are very fast and efficient.I used them before on all 3 of the cars in my household. Have to say, they are one of best auto repair shops.

I went in on a Saturday, probably their busiest day. Despite their parking lot being full of cars, I did not wait long. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They had every bay full with a car and got us all in and out quickly. The price was better than the dealership, the waiting area clean, and the staff very quick and professional. I am happy there was no wait they brought my car right in and started working on it immediately. The price was cheaper than Jiffy Lube so I will bring all my cars here. Highly recommend!

Got oil change ...the service workers were very condescending when I ask for my credit card back... the gentleman was handling it with dirty gloves and he told me “I had issues”...🤪🤪 I told him that I was concerned with coronavirus too..... not just you!! This is not my FIRST time dealing with their disrespectful ways I will not go there anymore for a oil change.

I’ve been coming here a long time as I grew up nearby but moved away. I still come back here. I trust them with all my cars. The head mechanic Moussa very smart. The owner is usually in also and extremely helpful. They only recommend the services you need. I just did my brakes and inspection here and they finished both services in a little over an hour. My dealer would have taken all day, and the big places like Midas always charge more and recommend services. Overall highly recommend this place if you want fast professional honest service.

Stay away - thieves - i have a small business and we were bringing 30 - 40 vehicles every 3 months and you would figure they want the volume on our last visit they were charging between 75 - 200 per oil change...what is the oil made out of gold...stay away!! they use cheap oil, they will charge you more for the special filter and then try to up sell you air filters you dont need..be warned these people are only here to rob you

Highly recommend for quick service! I had to get an inspection done. I’m always struggling to find a place after work due to traffic. I made it here half hour before closing. Moussa was very accommodating and took me in even though he had 2 other customers to finish up. Always polite and explains things well. Thank you!!!!

Mussa and Azim are fantastic. Valvoline told me my oil couldn’t be changed due to a seal issue. Mussa replaced a small part on the spot and made my 15 year old car new again. I trust them completely.

I purposely drive out of my way to go here. The staff is always friendly and they don’t try to rip me off. If there is something wrong with my car they will show me what it is not just say it needs to be repaired. I recommend them to anyone I know that needs a good repair shop!

Much better service than the dealer. Moussa and Freddy worked in my car, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Full synthetic oil change for 70, the dealer charges 120 and takes hours. Nice waiting area with TV and coffee and very clean bathroom. Will bring all my cars here

Don’t get your car inspected here. They didn’t even want to pull my car in to check . They just automatically thought my brakes were “completely gone “. Go somewhere else and do the oil change yourself.

Staff was nasty rude and unfriendly/unwelcoming...the worker who greeted me was an over weight older hispanic guy wish I wouldve gotten his name his attitude was so nasty that I decided to get in my car and take my business elsewhere I refuse to spend my money at places that dont appreciate my business....and I was kinda bummed because I received a great deal on groupon for the service I wanted to get!!! That guy needs customer service training!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. after reading reviews i thought Id give these guys another chance. BIG MISTAKE for starters i was told 29.99 and when i went to pay it was 34.99 instead because my car needed different oil which i should have been told. first problem, now second issue: they checked my air filter and broke the holder. i was never told and when i came back the mechanic lied and said it was already broken. complete nonsense! either way, he should have told me once he noticed it.. he also claimed to be the manager and didnt do anything except agree he should have told me.. they did nothing to resolve my loose air filter so all i can do it share my experience.. and by the way, if u ignore this n go, ask to see your old oil filter!!!! i dont believe mine was changed.. NEVER AGAIN
