Just find a better place. Groupon says 5 windows tint for 95 but they will either include the small back windows as two so you dont get the front windows tinted OR they will say if you increase/decrease the tint % the price changes. But be ready to pay at least 200 for a full car tint.Note to the owner - just be honest. Say all car tint for 200. You will get better people coming to you plus better reviews. Dont trick people.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Terrible customer service. This guy Orlando told me $60 for a taillight tint, I arrive and he raised the price 4x as much!! We negotiated and then agreed on $160. The next day i come back, they didn’t even touch the lights. I should have read the reviews before coming here.🤦🏽‍♂️

Customer service is terrible. Found out about this place through Groupon and tinted my windows approximately 2 years ago. A month or so later, one of the tints started peeling, which they did fix with no issue. The same day I fixed the tint, I had them install an aftermarket radio and an amplifier. They didnt connect one of the front speakers to the system because they said it was most likely going to blow out and that its very expensive to get a speaker of that size that can handle the wattage, which was fine at the time.I recently went back to get connect that speaker to the system as well as changing 2 pairs of tweeters, front and on the rear deck. The gentlemen who is responsible for conducting the business transaction is very dismissive and comes off very arrogant. He didnt fully listen to what I was explaining what I wanted done with my vehicle. We discussed a price, he said he may have to charge an extra fee if there were any issues, which I agreed on, but raised a red flag in my head.A few hours passed, he called me back saying it will be more expensive than what was originally discussed because for the rear set of tweeters required more work than I imagined he realized initially, so I told him to forget about the rear set. He said the price would be $300, which I thought was supposed to include the speaker i wanted connected.Ultimately, The main reason why I went to this place was never resolved, which was initially to connect the front speaker to system. That $300, he said it was to install the one pair of tweeters on the front of my car, which he did not make that clear when we spoke on the phone.I had to pry out from him to break down why it was $300. He said that the labor is $150. The tweeters he installed are less than $40 on the manufacturers website. His response was pretty much, well we charge $150 for them. The most upsetting thing was how he was trying to justify that price and was like Im not going to argue with you about it.After a little back and forth, he told me that i just did not want to pay to have the work done. He wanted to charge another $100 to connect the speaker to the system. I almost agreed to have it done, but after how the business was conducted, I decided not to and to take my business elsewhere, and told him so.For any people who may want to potentially do business with this place, which i highly do not recommend, make sure they itemize what you are paying for and make sure its neat on the hand written receipt they give you.

They are scammers and their service attitude is very poor. They always say that they can repair the car that they can’t repair. Then they tell you what accessories to order. When repairing, they tell you that they have been repaired. In fact, the accessories they ordered have not been replaced. Go up.

I went into his shop needing some HID lights headlights I had existing HID kit He went in through the front Fender wheel well It took them 10 minutes to do both sides of my headlights He charged me a $150 2 days later days later I was cleaning my car I noticed my real Wells werent even fasten the guy charged me a $150 for light bulbs And left my wheel well 2 Unfastenthats thats why I give him one star dont shop there

Do not come here if you dont want to waste youre time, went to get an amplifier checked out and or repaired. The gentleman said that he would have it done within the week, sadly enough when I called to check on it he said to wait until the monday of the following week, when I called then he said that it should be done by Wednesday but to call me back tomorrow to remind me. This is the worse place I have ever been to . I pay $200 to tint my Jeep 5 window 50%. When I take my car home are carefully inspected the car I realized that the 2 front windows was not done properly. I call an remote my issues the person who I speak with say I can take back the car an he will fix my issues . Upon arrival 4 days after I speak to Jhon he claimed that my car was tint months ago after showing him the errors an telling me that they have special days to do those an if he do them he will only will be doing me a favor. They bait and switch you with their “specials.” I spoke to their owner Orlando about getting my car tinted, and specifically asked him about the price and percentage of tint, he told me it would be the same price and I get here only to be told by Jose that it’s a $160 more than what I was quoted. Orlando is very honest and this place is also very well known for window tinting also. Very competitive pricing! I highly recommend this place.

Horrible.I’ve wasted my time going BACK AND FORTH! Get your scheduling straight with your people!They have a Groupon available as well under “Customer Car Audio” (which they do not honor the price listed by the way) because I paid $125 in cash for 5 windows. *Receipt available upon request and it’s listed as $45 for two car windows and $95 for five car windows on Groupon. Let’s make this clear that I did not buy the Groupon, they are very close to my house so I just did a walk-in. (Apparently they do not take appointments)They were so quick to take my money and installing the tints took hours, but very quickly after they were installed, they started to peel. This is AFTER I’ve followed the instructions of not rolling down the windows and not washing your car to allow the film to cure.This leads me to believe that their “installer” doesn’t have sufficient experience or professionalism. You mean to tell me that you only have 1 person skilled enough to install tints on a service that you so openly advertise to the public? They also expect you to work on their time. I’ve attached pictures so you can see how EMBARRASSING these look on a vehicle with frameless windows.Passed by multiple times to ask for them to be re-done and was given the run around that the person that does their tints is unavailable. When they were making the sale, I was told that the tints come with a “lifetime warranty” which is not being honored. Quick to make the sale, not so quick to help when there is a problem.Needless to say, I will be filing a report on BBB as well as post a review on Trustpilot and Groupon warning potential customers on this shady business with less-than-quality customer service.My only regret is that I paid in CASH (I was encouraged to at the time to avoid sales tax) so that I cant file a formal charge back with my credit card merchant for failure to provide me with the service that I’ve paid for. They are very unprofessional, i bought a window tint Groupon for my car. And I would not waist time coming here again, I paid tolls from new Rochelle twice to get my window tinting, I made 2 appointments the first day it was so packed so I left I couldn’t understand because I was given a noon appointment, so I came to days later and same thing and waited several hours to be seen, only for 2 small windows!!! The guy kept on telling me to come back after I was giving a appointed time to come in. Never again will I come to this place, I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

I came here for tints and a buff and wax... and the service is just horrible they try to raise the price cuz I’m younger and they don’t even do a good job.My tints are peeling off slightly and with the buff and wax the car looked the same from when I dropped it off. Found this place Facebook and spoke to Orlando 3 times before I decided to go to the store. I decided to buy a radio he had for a special deal $150 wish I can get it on line for the same price but I need it this weekend. Drove 45min to find out the price is if you get it installed and that is not included in the price. I ask what was the price for just the radio and I was told he cant sale it like that and all this information is being given on the phone cause I had to call him from inside the store cause the people that work there didnt want to help me. Scam! Dont go there. I called them for window tinting, they give me good price for my entire car, which consists 5 windows. I drove them and he said, 5 windows means rear window, and 2 back windows and 2 triangular part of back windows. They dont tint driver and passenger windows, because its illegal. Your Groupon is useless here. You will still be charged original price either ways. Tint jobs take about 20 minutes these guys made it more then an hour.

I went there because I heard they said they are having SUPER SALE, I went to Install a pair of Pioneer speaker (Pioneer TS-A1370F) original cost on official sites are $79.99 per pair, this store charged me $150 for the set, both speaker installation fees are $90 for each so $180 for the set, total pricing is $358 after tax, which is very very expensive for that cheap set pioneer, few weeks later, I went to Tint World to install all four speakers, Memphis M class, the set of speaker they charge $169.99 per pair, which is the exact same price from official website, then each pair of installation cost only $65! What i m saying here is the Custom Car Audio & Security overpriced on cheap speakers and installation cost. Never going back there anymore. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT COME HERE!!!I neveeeer leave reviews but this is by far the worst place to go to if you want to customize anything on your car. I came here last month to get my tints and to get speakers installed having no issues prior. A couple days later the sound from my radio cuts off, and I cannot roll down the rear passenger side window. Then, I shut my car off, leave the car but when I return my two front windows are down! And this continued to happen throughout the week.I return to the store to tell them the issue, the guy tells me how does he know if this was their fault. Then he says come back another day. I go back, they tell me the guy to check the car is not there and to come another day. I go another day, he gives me the run around again! Telling me they are busy today and people had appointments. Mind you they tell you they do not make appointments!!! It’s 1st come 1st serve. Also, my TINTS ARE PEELING. These people are crooks and unprofessional. Thugs are everywhere and sometime i tell people you will eitherway gets screwed so better try this location and make sure you keep bargaining to the price you want and take pictures before installation of anything you buy and when you come back to pickup double check all before you pay for it. Visited the store to get a tint on my Mercedes CLS. I have to say they did a great job. I went to other stores to see the price on the tints who were claiming to have a reasonable price on tints, but after googling most were using cheap quality tint paper, especially a lot of the businesses in Queens. Im just glad I came here to tint my car. Its the first time I ever did any customization to my cars so its a good thing I dealt with honest people who knew what they were talking about and (using good paper). I suggest if you are getting a tint at this store, just call them up to set an appointment, and know what percentage you want. If the owners even read this, just want to say thank you, my car looks great.

Guy cut the tint on my outside window cutting not only the tint paper but the rubber edges around my glass on every window then denied doing it. This place is great got a remote starter for my truck last year when back today for tinted windows and remote starter for my other truck,very fast and reliable plus they take really good care of their clients.

I called there looking for an HID kit for my car said they had it in stock. Drove over an hour to get there. Once I arrived, I was told they did not have it.

They try to upsell your coupon. I watched them upsell a young lady from her $99 groupon to a $280 tint job while lying to her about the tint laws and telling her that if she gets pulled over tell them she brought the cat that way. SMH!!! Shes gonna be in for a BIG surprise when the officers dont fall for that excuse and write her 2 tickets and force her to remove the tint.I have a condition that allows me to tint my windows, and there is actually a form you have to fill out and drive around with four when you get pulled over.

Dont waste your money and time! They made the setup look nice, but the silly installer hooked the amps power cord to a fuse box. It killed switches...the battery...the indicators. Smh

I bought a subwoofer enclosure yesterday and when I got home the box does not work with the subwoofer i have they said the box was a 12 inch that was actually a 13 inch. I returned to the store the following morning less than 24 hours from when I first purchased the box and they told me they do not give refunds they can only exchange for something else. They had no other box in the store that would work for me so I did not want store credit I just want my money back and they will not give me my money back. The person I worked with was named Orlando. They installed sub and 4 speakers in my car sub worked for a day and a half and only 2 back speakers works the fronts are out and when I went back they said they dont cover speakers and amps like dude your whole business is about speakers and amps how can you not cover what you do for a living? They wanna give you the runaround oh come back Sunday oh come back Monday... A waste of money and time... Anyways I would stay away from this place from now on

This is honestly the worst of the worst sound shop ever. They are way to over priced, rude, and over priced. He tried to charge me $290 for an amp, wiring and installation .. when I looked up all the prices of all the things he was selling me it shouldnt have more than $140. Logic 800w amp= $79, 8 guage wiring kit= $13, installation $50.. he was charging $120 amp, $80 kit, $90 installation.. the owner is a sleeze and a crook. Do not give them any business .. this place needs to be shut down there all illegals! !

First of all custumer service is really bad. I went there for window tints and they never even offer for me to come in on a cold day while they finished on another car that was ahead of me. After waiting 1.5 hrs,outside, they took the car in for a 25 mints job. They left bubbles on both front windows I was told to give it a couple of days and they would go away and it has not and no I did not open the windows for like 3 days.

NOT PROFESSIONAL I went to do tinted window and mess up the work. They did an average job when I called them about to fix and they kept giving the run around and its not well lined up.

So bought a groupon coupon for window tint and they jacked up the price for it and aside from that I asked them to install the legal limit and he said they would but when I took the car to inspection the guy at the inspection told me it wasnt legal and I called them to ask if they would re-install clearer windows but he just went on the defensive and started talking about how its not hes problem because window tints are illegal and what not.
