The WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE!!Their products are absolutely delicious, however you have to wait for the drinks for entirely too long. A smoothie is at least 20mins. If you call ahead, you still wait once you arrive. I continue to patronize them because no one else makes products as delicious AND nutritious, but i hate the wait.

Honestly, everything there is amazing.. you just have to look pass the customer service at times(to their credit, theyve gotten better). I keep going back cuz Im not there to make friends so I place my order, get my order, say thank you and Im gone. No matter how much you may dislike their customer service, the moment you drink or eat their products, you automatically forgive them cuz its really that good. Try their ITAL MOSS and they also have a Beets and ginger drink in the fridge.. it is the most refreshing drink ever.

Their smoothies are absolutely delicious, and their sorrel is pretty good. But the attitudes behind the counter really neutralize any positive feelings I have about this place. One worker (the shortest one) was very rude and dismissive - rolling her eyes and being unnecessarily impatient, having a conversation with her headphones while talking to us. I dont think Ill be back, considering theres only 3 other employees here. Theres another smoothie spot a few blocks away (Detox Bar) thats good too.

My favorite place super healthy the woman are great ladies that work here they always great meet,and everyone with a warm smile or vibe ! Remember they are very busy, and the always make it happen !! Stay sweet, and go to whipped treats ! I get the hedo splash bigga with peanut butter . All the patties, but lentils, and sweat pea are my favorites!!!!!

I called to order to two akee Patties at 11:38 am via phone, I went to the location at 12:07 and the the cashier told me she sold them smh Im never coming back here again.

1/30/2021Horrible service! The customer service from the two rude females at this place is the beyond the worst. Customer Service is part of running a business. My first and last time there. First impression ruined. Females behind the counter have the nastiest attitude. If you do not want to serve people then close down your shop or quit! You cant run a business with nasty attitudes and horrible customer service. Disgusting.

I only put one star because you cant put no stars.. I had went here with my fiance to get smoothies/shakes but the customer service sucks the two West Indian women that take your order are very rude I was about to tell her (the one that rung me up)about herself but I had to remember they were preparing my drink lol...I will not be going back good stuff but bad customer service they should try being nicer especially to people who are paying their money and was not rude first. Good Customer Service should always be put first when working with the public and in an establishment as such... they lost my money!

So slow it’s unbelievable. Sometimes I want to stop in but I know that I will have at least a 30 minute wait so I don’t bother.

I like the smoothies from this place but the reason for the low scoring is the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Management really need to step in at this point, enroll them in proper customer service classes or replace them. Honestly, I find them to be that bad. As a patron, they make you feel as though youre inconveniencing them to make your order when that is their job smdh! The smoothies are good and all but Im not about to spend hard earned money for such treatment.

This was my third time here. The first time I tried them, they have no more mangos so I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the mango madness and green machine.The prices are very reasonable for healthy drinks.The ladies that work here are patient, very polite and helpful.Ill be back!

Smoothie are good but the two disgusting dog filth version of a women they put to work the front ensured that that establishment will never see a penny of my hard earn money again.. And this is not a one time occurrence this is every time Ive been there and I have had enough...

Patty is great, smoothie is great !! . But the customer service.. terrible and sad, there should be no reason when a customer call they have to feel rushed or intimidated to place there order, these lady’s lack respect, maybe there the owner of the place and feel as if they can run a food place with no manners, when in a food setting respect and manners is key, and this place lack that, I just wish there smoothies weren’t so good .

I honestly love this place their smoothies are really good and their patties are phenomenal( crispy and flaky).Their customer service is okay. Only problem that i have is that they never have a substantial about of patties. Every time i call no matter what time of the day, they always inform that they have 1 chicken, 2 ackee, 4 fish, and 1 callaloo patty. All the patties are pretty good but if you wanted to get a particular flavor in bulk, that’s not happening.Update: This is nothing new but they’re customer service has gotten even worst. I would call trying to place my order and the employee would rush me off the phone. I don’t know what it is but they need new employees because i really didn’t think their customer service could get any worst.

Love hate relationship with this place. Three times they had messed up my order and did nothing to take responsibility or fix it. I keep going back because of the natural ingredients and the fact that its just so damn tasty. I have tried to make it myself but its far from the same. Go!! Try the Very Berry!! Its made with almond milk so if you have allergies substitute it with alkaline water.

I had to revise my orginial review...Looking for a light, flakey, and healthy soy pattie. You cant go wrong here, however, this place is unable to meet the demand for patties. They are always OUT which is annoying and its an absolute headache when they are unable to take debit so you have to pay cash. Unfortunately, you never know until you are there hungry with a debit card but today its cash only. Its a consistent issue so I dont bother to go without calling but 97.8% of the time they are out so I drive to Veggie Castle. They always have patties. Its rare they dont have them. Wheat grass shot are great too.
