AMAZING FROM THE EYE EXAM, TO CHOOSING FRAMES…TO PICKING UP IN 30MINUTES!! GREAT STAFF AND DOCTOR!! LOVE IT HERE!!!

I had a bad experience with this place to the point I was turned off from going to any eyeglass place particularly this one. The guy lied to me and said that they don’t take EyeMed anymore and that was a lie. I just only did my lenses and kept my old frame and it was still an arm and a leg grantedmy eyes are really bad but if they would have used my eyemed discount I would have gotten a great discount. They turned me off so I bad that I removed the discount from my job because of what they told me. I tried to contact corporate but there is no direct line. I just did my eye exam recently and I thought about this place and it’s just making me livid all over again. I wish I could give this place zero stars!!!!!

I have been a customer for about 20 yrs.without any problems and must say thanks for the perfection from Nadira to Dr Kim.I tried Americas Best to my dismay it was a huge mistake.My prescription was wrong and I thought I was going blind.Insurance was involved,I learned that when it works,dont try to change it.Perle is my hero and I recommend it so very much.They fixed a major mistake!!!Patricia Wertheim

Very helpful and friendly staff! I only had one pair of glasses and they broke. I needed a new pair immediately because i cant drive without them. The lady helping me was great! She also recommended to have my eyes examined and I was very happy that I did! The doctor took her time and explained everything to me. It took about one hour and I was all done! Glasses look great and I can see really clear!!!

So I just have to say that I got not only the nicest eyeglasses, but also the best service!!! Saw the Eye Dr and had one of the best eye exams ever!! Dr Kim is not only courteous and knowledgeable, she is also very attentive. The staff that helped me pick out my frames were very helpful and I get compliments all day! Glasses in 35 minutes...Amazing!!

These people are nice to take your money and give you a poor quality, expensive product. I purchased my lenses about 2 months ago and they got scratched up. Supposedly the lenses were scratch resistant. When I brought this to the companys attention and complained about it, after having paid almost $500 for my lenses and frames, they made it seem as if the scratches got on the lenses because I wasnt taking proper care of them. They then told me the lenses are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. This is nonsense! I have been wearing glasses forever and my lenses never got scratched in such a small period of time. Save your trip and go somewhere else. This business cares about their pockets rather than the quality of care or product they give to the customers. Its a sad truth. Plus, they tried to get me to pay an additional $50 to have 1 lense repaired after what iI had already paid. That would never happen. I have been a customer here for over 10 years, so this shows their lack of customer service.

Honestly, Pearle Vision is a dying company and each individual store is scraping to make earnings. They are the Wells Fargo of their industry. They sold me a $400 pair of glasses that you can get anywhere else for $100. They dont have affordable options. I had a reaction and couldnt return them same day. Any other optical place takes returns.I dont mind this but be upfront that you dont have a money-back policy. They told me I could only exchange and would have to pay for new lenses. Go to them for eye check ups but get your glasses elsewhere.
