I brought my mower in to be serviced in December to get that chore done early. Discovered Alden Bike on line and chose them for convenience. WHAT A MISTAKE!. The place is filthy which should have been my first warning. The service was cordial so I left my mower for a complete tuning and sharpening. About a month later I received a call that the mower was ready. The blade had not been sharpened as agreed and the mower had not been cleaned (second warning). And I was grossly overcharged.About a month later using the mower for the first time I discovered that they had not done absolutely nothing!! Same air filter, never emptied the oil but put new on top of old causing the mower to smoke and fouling the plug which also had not been replaced.This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor and I am writing this in the hope that you will avoid this shop at all cost!!

Must be a new guy running this shop since it was listed for rent a while back. The new guy in there is terrible, horrible and poor customer service. Hes as friendly and pleasant as a Herpes outbreak. Not to mention, hes expensive, slow and promises your equipment in 3-4 days but two weeks later they havent even looked at it. Highly do not recommend this place. Look elsewhere.
