Never had a bad experience. Prices are reasonable and competitive with others. Gonna stay with MFA for a very long time.

I have changed my review to five stars. There have been changes at the Emporia office. Janette is a wonderful customer service rep and I enjoy talking to her! She is helpful and kind.

While MFA has improved over the years, I was SHOCKED to receive an unexpected bill from them. I always pay in advance and usually do not open their monthly statements. Today I opened one up and saw that I owe them $152.00 plus interest. They had filled my tank. I ASSUMED that they would NEVER go past what I had paid, but they did. They said it was because I said to keep the tank full. However I never authorized them to go past what I had already paid them. So watch out if you pay in advance.
