You really dont want to know what I think. Its been awhile since I took a mower in and an outrage bill later and it still was doing the same thing. You would have thought I had a full size tractor in there due to the bill. Trying to treat me like a dumb woman. Have not recommended them in a good way that anybody. Watch out

Good service.

Took a push mower in for some work. The service advisor committed to contacting me with an estimate. They called when the mower was ready and the cost was more than twice what I’d budgeted for my top end and was just shy of buying a brand new push mower. A simple apology, we own the mistake and commitment to make it right would have gone a long way. Instead the response was “I don’t have much margin to work with” by the service manager.No idea yet the quality of work, but it looks nice.A simple investment of making it right would have meant me coming in to trade a couple of lawn tractors towards a zero radius. Instead, I’ll take my business elsewhere.I cannot recommend this John Deere retailer and service provider.

Bought a ridding mower 2 years ago from Praireland Partners. Nik Roth was the salesman and he was great! He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Since buying my mower my wife and I also attended the gator rally put on by Praireland Partners. All of their staff at the rally where great and made it a memorable experience for us both. I highly recommend Praireland partners!
