This company and their employees are TERRIBLE. They deserve zero stars. They take your money, offer no support or customer service and when asked directly they say they behave the way they do as a business policy. So, their policy is to take advantage of growing families and new mothers. Shame on them. DO NOT give these people your money -- there are so many better options out there.

Fave carriers and shop

I would give zero stars if I could .This company took my money - sent me the wrong carrier and called me a liar when I asked for an exchange. I explained several times how that wasn’t the one I ordered and it’s still in its original box, my baby is not even born yet. Robyn continued to blame me and refused to help. It’s frustrating how there isn’t another person you can talk to, and it’s all done by email - the store is closed and there is no phone number you can call.I regret my purchase, now I’m stuck with a $250 carrier I dislike .

Staff is always friendly and willing to help you find your perfect fit. Store is always clean and welcoming. Toys to keep your kids occupied while you try things on. Easy parking.

This store was such a great stop on our vacation. I have several SB slings and looked forward to going into the store. My kids played with their basket of toys while I shopped. I was able to try on slings, touch slings, ask questions, and enjoy my time. The atmosphere was kind and peaceful. The staff was attentive to my needs, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for the great memory.

Wow! Amazing customer service and beautiful carriers. Ended up buying a ring sling and a structured carrier. The woman who helped us was super kind and helped me figure out the best ways to carry my kiddos. Thank you so much.

My baby boy and I absolutely live our Theory Ring sling from Sakura Bloom!We visited the adorable storefront in Encinitas, and Paige was incredibly helpful. We decided on the Willow color, which was not on stock in store, but we ordered it and it arrived at our home two business days later. It is gorgeous, soft, and is perfect for taking our snuggle time on the go! Highly recommend!

Beautiful store! If youre in the area stop by, Juliana so sweet and helpful! Has some toys for kids to play with as you shop and talk about carriers. Would visit again! Parking wasnt too bad either.

Not open on Saturday from 11-4 like listed. Waste of time driving all the way here.
