My 10 year old daughter got her ears pierced here. Bradlee was so patient and calm with her. He explained the whole process and talked her through the piercing steps as he worked. She was nervous and he helped calm her down by asking her about her plans for the rest of the day. He carefully marked her ears and measured the markings before piercing. Even though he had a line of customers outside for a busy holiday weekend, he didn’t rush through anything with my daughter. She is now grinning ear to ear with her new earrings. Thank you for a great experience.

Overall I had a wonderful experience! Bradlee did my nostril piercing a couple days ago, and he was great about answering my questions and easing my anxiety. 101 piercing has quite a bit of wait time and jewelry that can be on the pricier side (depending on what you get), but its all worth it for the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism of the environment. Ill definitely be coming back here for my next piercing:)

The line is long but it moves very quickly! They have a digital line you can join and then go shopping or get something to eat in the area. Its a beautiful shop, they were very professional and helpful. I love my piercing, healed quickly with no complications.

Awesome place to get your ears pierced

Thumbs down 👎. I got my piercing done in the beginning of November 2020 and it was great. They did a very good job and was told to come back in 3 months for a follow up. I have been here 3 times since then for a follow up on the days they’re supposed to be open and every time I’ve come they’re closed. No notice on the doors whatsoever or nothing online. It is so so annoying to come all this way to find out they’re closed. I’m writing this review while sitting in the parking lot. Thumbs down for 101 Piercing.

Skip through all the good reviews because this place is just not it. My sister and I got earring studs here and thought it was all great because of how clean and fancy it is, but its totally not worth it.First of all, they charge you both the earring piece and the earring décor separately. I bought a crystal stud for $30 and thought that included the décor and the earring piece, but that other one was about an additional $20 for titanium or something. Mind you, I got two of those (on both ears), so it was near 100 bucks just for the earrings, and not even for my ears being pierced. Thats a whole other story.Second of all, you cant even bring your own earrings. Not cool. I could have saved a lot of money.Third of all--off-topic here but important--dont get the flat back studs. I tried to get them off for hours, following the directions on the site, and theyre so complicated. Im even good with my hands and those things are impossible.Fourth of all, earrings dont take suuuper long to heal. I have several that were pierced with a needle and they took about 6-12 weeks to heal, not 3 months to a full year. I actually listened to these people and had my earrings in for months and months when they were completely fine. That was just a pure waste of time.So, that really sums it up. Its EXTREMLEY expensive, totally unfair, and their earrings (and way of selling earrings) just dont make sense at all. Dont waste time and money; I wrote this review for good reasons. Giving 3 stars only because they literally try to get every penny out of you. You pay for each earing, each backing, and the peircing and you have to tip. I went in thinking it was going to be a little over 100 I was way wrong. I walked out happy with the ear peircing my daughter got but I also walked out very frustrated I was out of $400. I really think they should work on their pricing a bit and maybe put on their website how they price things because they do add in a cancelation fee if you end up not getting it done.

Long over due review. Ive gone to 101 Piercing for about 4 years or longer. I love love this place pre covid and till today. Its super clean, organized. During covid they have a whole system where you check in with your phone using your phone to scan in and log in and sign your waivers. Today I waited maybe 10 mins considering they were non stop busy. You must sign in to be allowed to get in the building even if your just looking at the jewelry. They posted some pricing on the door before you enter which is very helpful! The couple Bradley and Andrea are so sweet! I dont think I never seen ether one of them upset or seem frustrated,super informative with all my questions. I even took my friend for his 1st piercing (septum) and answered his questions, put his mind at ease. They TAKE THEIR TIME, never rushing. They have a large variety of piercings. The jewelry ranges from all different budgets! 101 piercing deserves more praise than I see! I adore this place definitely recommended!

Great experience. My 16-year old got her 2nd piercing on her earlobes. Andrea was professional, friendly, helpful; my daughter loves her new earrings. The facility was clean & well-organized, & COVID protocols made me feel safe while we were there. Highly recommend!

Took my baby girl for her ear piercing I got there I was hesitating, but we did it, I was really happy with the service and patience they had with my baby they were super careful sanitizing everything

I went in to get a septum and the initial piercing was a painless and a good experience however when fiddling with it in the mirror i couldn’t seem to get it straight. I walked out anyway but in the car kept thinking about it and failing to get it straight and after my friend agreed that it was crooked I went back in. At first he thought the problem was the jewelry so he took it out and adjusted the jewelry wider or something then it still wasn’t straight i told him i thought it may be crooked and that one side was pierced a little higher than the other side. I showed him the piercing and my friend and i both agreed that it was not straight but he still wasn’t fully convinced i guess he kept saying how it looked straight to him. Then he begin trying to repierce it to make it straighter and repierced my fresh piercing not once but TWICE wiggling the needle around trying to even it out. I was uncontrollably crying because of the pain and it was probably up there in the worst pain of my life. When i looked at the mirror that time my heart dropped when it was crooked but now on the OTHER SIDE. I then just asked him to just take it because i couldn’t possibly take anymore pain. He said he refunded me, hopefully also for the tip amount.. I was already nervous about coming in because my friend had a similar painful experience with him when he basically repierced her nose with the jewelry after the initial piercing from the needle and i was just watching her wince as tears streamed down her face from the pain. ON TOP OF IT ALL, at the end he said in a condescending tone “sorry i couldn’t get it the way you liked it” like it was my fault and i was being high maintenance. All that pain for nothing and now a hole in my nose that i have to heal up before i can get another one. Never coming here again at least for a septum or anything within the mans expertise. The woman seemed nice and was accommodating.

Not many places will do this piercing, let alone do it good. I was so happy to find out this local spot, I got my bridge done for the 3rd time (1st time here though)and was very satisfied, I could tell he cared about the process and structure to fit the jewelry to my face, will def go back soon for something else :-)

I got my helix done here a little over a year ago and have never had any infections. Everything is super hygienic and they get you in and out very quickly.

Great studio and seasoned artists. Daughter had a great experience and her fear of needles was never an issue. It has been a month and she has had no issues with her pierced ears. Jewelry was a little pricey but it is the good stuff. Will recommend to other moms.

Was visiting with a recently pierced nose from another shop of course. For weeks it had been inflamed off and on. I was so fed up I walked in to seek guidance. Felt the customer Service Rep and Piercer understood how uncomfortable I felt and that they could fix it for me. We discussed why it was the way it was, how they could make it better and aftercare. So impressed and grateful. Its been 2 weeks and I havent had any discomfort. Knowledge is power! Thanks for taking the time to inform me.

I love 101 piercing! Brad and Andrea are very knowledgeable and helpful and really care about you having a good experience. They use the best quality jewelry which is why it’s a little on the pricy end but worth it! I’ve come in with questions and in need of jewelry changes before, and they don’t charge while other places do for this! I’m very happy with my experiences there, and I definitely recommend them!

Excellent experience with very nice and informed people working there. They made sure I understood the cleaning instructions and how I would expect my piercings to react in the healing period. Very efficient, walk in basis clean and presentable studio. I’d rate one star higher if it was more cost effective, it was one of the more pricey piercings I’ve ever gotten. But I’d still recommend it to friends.

The girl who did my helix was the absolute sweetest girl and she made me feel comfortable. My only issue is that she said it was fine to get a hoop. I got home and realized that the ring was massive and my ear was constantly being yanked. I changed it to a stud and it helped a lot. She did a good job at piercing she just recommended the wrong jewelry. I would go again.

They run an immaculate shop and deliver great, great customer service with empathy and professionalism. They accommodated me even tho I didnt have an appt. Got my septum pierced and both ears re-pierced after having mistakenly gone to Claires as a teen. Bradlee took such care to make sure the marks for where the holes were going to be in my lobes were perfect before he pierced them. I have ZERO pain tolerance, & your nose has so many nerve endings, but he got me through my septum piercing like the pro he is. So glad I came here. Bradlee was just absolutely amazing!

The place is very clean and so is the workers. They tell you what you need to know before and after your piercing(s). I went there on August 2nd, 2018. It was amazing service. They gave me cute earrings and I want to go back again someday. This is the only place I will ever want to go to.

Bradlee was incredibly professional and clean. He did well piercing my 3 month old daughters ears without a unnecessarily bogged down process. All I need was to fill out the release form, present my ID, and her birth certificate. The piercing and jewelry was fairly priced for having it done professionally but by no means was cheap. He didnt do any piercing until the placement was perfect and refused to let my daughter have a faulty piece of jewelry. Its a small quaint shop but the selection available and knowledge of the piercers is top notch. I seriously recommend this place.

Well if you are looking for somebody to hang up on you when you are talking just call here, the worst costumer service i have ever received. Maybe they are good piercing you, but not talking to you. He didnt give the chance to try it because he hang up the telephone when I ask if I can bring my own earrings ...he said no..tuuuuuuuuuuu..

Bradlee and Andrea are calm and professional. They are never in a hurry, listen carefully to the client, and give excellent advice. Bradlee has done a daith, helix, tragus, and lobe piercing for me, and all were performed painlessly, (although that is personal and never guaranteed) and well. Aftercare and best practices for healing are always explained with care and detail. I will return in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Bradlee and Andrea are the mos sweet and down to earth people. They are both highly educated on what they are doing and how to provide the best aftercare for your piercing to ensure it is long lasting and stays clean.I got my tragus jewelry changed here and it was so quick and easy. About 2-3 weeks later, it became so infected overnight and the skin was swolen over the back of the stud so I could not get it off at all. I thought I was going to have to go to urgent care to get it cut out, but I went in to see Bradlee first. He took one look at it and said how easy of a fix it was. Has the whole jewelry out in about a minute and had a longer post in my ear and the jewelry back on in the next minute. They are PHENOMINAL! I cannot stress it enough.I recommend this shop 110% if you are looking to get jewelry (they have an amazing selection!!) or pierced. They are insanely sanitary and make you feel so welcome. If you have any questions at all, Andrea and Bradlee will answer them with no question. If I could give them a higher rating I would! They also have a cute Doberman puppy named Luna and shes an angel!
