This store is amazing. Found some great deals on school clothes. The best part was the customer service! Every employee said hello to me. The cashier, I think her name is Kaitlyn, was friendly and wonderful to my inquisitive daughter.

Always had a decent shopping experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not the stores fault, but the roads around the shopping center may be the worst traffic organization in Alabama. Be alert.

Enterprise location has very limited selection for young men and, though I understand its because of covid, the added inconvenience of not being able to try on clothes is a big deterrent for clothes shopping. However, the young lady in jewelry was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Was very hard to find a black dress shirt in big and tall. The young lady that helped me out was very helpful and found me the one shirt in the store in the color and size I needed. Im glad she was there to help me. Go her.

Jordan (Salon) did a beautiful job on the cut and color of my hair. I came in 2 days before my wedding, she listened to what I needed and definitely delivered. She was knowledgeable and professional. My only regret is not tipping her enough - weddings are more expensive than I thought!

To much poor quality clothing for me. They dont have the clothing that would attract the dress up church crowd. I like fancy dressy clothes which they jyst dont have. It is a bit over crowded as far as clothing. Not mich of a great selection of dressy shoes. I cant say I will be going back.

*JCPENNY SALON*Lexi Danielson is by far one of the best stylist I have even come in contact with! All my life I have been getting cuts, colors, and highlights. So, I know what a stylist needs to be great at their job & she possesses those qualities & more! She is professional, yet personal enough to make me feel comfortable. And she listened to know exactly what I wanted. Also, she had some great suggestions that I loved & didn’t even know about. SHE HAS SKILL! It’s natural born talent. I always thought I looked decent, but when I got out of Lexi’s chair...I felt GORGEOUS! She is really worth the time and money.I highly recommend Lexi and JCPENNY is lucky to have her!

Asked for a trim with layers. Came home, straightened my hair, and it is totally jacked up. Very choppy, not blended AT ALL. Im normally not the one to leave a bad review, but when she told me she was the layer queen I had faith in her. My hair looks so bad, I cant even wear it down until I can go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I have been a loyal JCPenney customer for 30 years now, and I have to say that my past few experiences with Breanna have been the best, by far, in all these years, in dozens of JCPenney stores all over the US.I gave a raving review after one of my visits/purchases, but have had even more extraordinary visits/purchases, with Breanna being my sales representative, since then.I cannot speak highly enough about how Breanna met and exceeded my needs and expectations and was the sole reason for the dramatic increase in my purchases, overwhelming pleasure from my experience at JCPenney and my motivation to tell all of my family, friends, and anyone who would listen about the fantastic merchandise I got at incredible deals with the most wonderful salesperson at JCPenney in Enterprise, AL.She was knowledgeable about all of the deals and promotions going on that day and helped me find the best ones for me. She was so proficient on the POS/register system, that it made checking out all the things I brought to her and answering my many questions so fast and easy and everything rang up exactly as it should with no problems whatsoever (which unfortunately is not always the case these days).Breanna made me feel like I was the most important person to her! She so pleasantly and patiently listened to all I had to say and ask, and used that information about my needs, wants, and financial parameters to help me find exactly what I should get in a way that fit my budget perfectly.I went into the store planning on picking up one item, and left after an incredible shopping experience where I purchased over $600 worth of merchandise at such amazing deals, all of my family and friends were in awe and could not wait to run out to JCPENNEY!

I went in to JCPENNY to make a refund. I didnt have my JCPENNY credit card so they said it could not be put back onto my credit card. It had to be store credit. Which is not true because I actually did it with my social security card and drivers license over the weekend. They just didnt wanna go through the hassle of calling the JCPENNY credit card service. Which I know can be a wait but thats not the point. The point is, is that the manager that was on duty at the time lied and said they dont do that anymore. I called JCPENNY customer service and the representative that I spoke to verified that the manager on duty was clearly incorrect. The manager on duty was probably asian, short black hair. Definitely needs to learn what the company that she works for is offering and stop being lazy!
