They do a great job on engraving challenge coins. I had them do an engraving on a Staff Sergeant challenge coin with my name and date of rank. It was done perfectly just the way I wanted it and I definitely recommend to anyone that needs an engraving on a challenge coin to go to the Alabama Trophy & Gift

Absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. On the phone, the lady sounded irritated and annoyed with me. Once I arrived at the shop to try to put together my award, she was short and snappy. I finally walked out and said I would find somewhere else to spend my money. I suggest you use another place for your business.

I had to have a very large and awkward piece of aviation glass engraved for a PCS gift, and ATG were able to get it done. It took the owner to come in on the weekend and disassemble his engraver to accommodate the piece, but he was able to get it finished early for us to be able to present it. Great store.

Let’s start with whoever answers the phone at this business... she is awful. Rude from the moment she answers the phone. Rude and belittling about questions you have about projects you wish to have made at this business. I would not take my business there based off a phone call with her. Very uninviting.However, the gentleman that works there is very friendly, helpful, and informative.If you wish to visit this business, don’t call. Just go in. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with her.

A wonderful shop, had them engrave a metal tumbler for my grandmother. The service was outstanding, they made sure to confirm what I wanted and showed me how it would look before application. The price was well below what I expected and they worked with me on getting it back to me before Christmas even though I had only brought it a few days before. Will have my return business as soon as I can find something else to engrave ;)

They laser engraved two stainless thermal mugs for me with a helicopter and name on each and it was an AMAZINGLY PROFESSIONAL job.The image they had of the Lakota was really cool and they were even able to work with my unique request of etching a thank you message in small font on the bottom of the mug.I brought in simple Ozark trail mugs but they could do them on any similar type (Yeti, Rtic, etc) and they did it in a very reasonable amount of time (theyre busy but will work with you). Reasonable price too.Definitely going back for my next request.

I called to ask about engraving and received immediate attitude and was treated rudely from the moment the phone was answered.I asked if they did engraving and the employee did not even let me finish my question as she asked repeatedly, on what.I told her on several old pocketwatches and she immediately said in a very rude tone, youll just have to bring it in before I can tell you anything.Needless to say I did not continue the conversation or bring them my business .

Trying to get them to commit to any sort of timeline for delivery, was like trying to grasp and hold water. When they finally completed the name plate, there were blatant spelling errors. She seemed annoyed at having to fix it. When I went back to pick it up, they tried to charge me again for the re-do.
