I chose this body shop after I was T-boned because of its stellar Google reviews about quality work and a nice, cleaned vehicle upon pickup, and I will say, I found those to be true. The one downfall was how long the repairs took. I dropped my van off 7/27, and the original estimate from the insurance company estimated 5 days for repairs. I expected it would take longer than that by probably a few days, but they pushed my finished by date back multiple times, and by the time it was all said and done, I finally got my van back 3 weeks and a day late. Thankfully the others persons insurance was paying for all of the repairs and the rental, so I didnt have to pay for anything out of pocket, but the biggest inconvenience was that we didnt have it back in time for our vacation (2.5 weeks after dropping it off) and had to make do with the rental vehicle that did not properly accommodate all of our carseats. Mike was AWESOME in trying to have Enterprise get us into a different rental. Though unsuccessful, I really appreciated his efforts! I understand working with insurance can cause delays, but I would recommend to anyone using them to just be up front about any dates you are going to need your vehicle back by. Even if you think it wont take THAT long.... I would still recommend them for their great work though! SO happy to have my van back!

My wife and I both had our vehicles here within a month of each other for separate claims. Both times the work was done perfectly, and they washed and vacuumed our vehicles before we picked them up. Great communication as well.

I was referred by the insurance company of the individual who rear ended me. After waiting about a month for the insurance company to get the estimate and payment to me, Caliber Collision fit me in to replace my bumper. It took a day longer than expected because the paint shop didn’t match up the color exactly and they had to send the bumper back for a redo. Not their fault. They kept me informed every step of the way and even stayed open a little later so I could pick it up as soon as possible. The process was easy and I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my car and found that it the interior had been cleaned. Thank you for making an inconvenient situation the best it could be!

Every employee I dealt with from beginning to end was professional and reassuring. My vehicle was done sooner than I expected, and they did a perfect job matching paint and finish work. They even went the extra mile on some things when they didnt have to. Hopefully I wont need to come back, but am more than confident ill be taken care of if I do.

I was referred to them from the insurance company of the person who hit me. I called to schedule an estimate and then finally 2 weeks after receiving the estimate, I finally found out they can not complete the work. I understand that it may be beyond your capabilities, but I should have been told sooner instead of wasting 2 weeks of my time. Customer service is terrible here. Do not waste your time going to them. Find a local shop and not a nationwide chain.

I’ve used Calliber Collision prior to this experience and have always met my expectations. This time around it was different and I wish they would help me resolve my issues faster. Overall, the staff it’s very professional and provide good service.

Mike was awesome and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Bonnie was very nice, and helped get my rental when Enterprise was late for drop-off. Overall my car left there in better condition than before it was hit!

Great overall experience. For side collision damage on a 2010 Audi great clean work, now looks 100% perfect. Estimated 7 total days for parts / paint / labor and they got it done in 4. Even came back clean when it was dropped off covered in road salt.

I hit a deer. If you ever did that than you know the damage it does to your vehicle. Caliber did a excellent job on the body work and the electrical work and the all around repairs on my SUV. Definitely will go back in the future.

Had a fender bender on driver side doors on my sedan and insurance had relationship with this place so I took the chance. Was estimated 2 weeks turned to 3 full weeks. also no sound from stereo coming from either of my speakers on the driver side where repairs were done.

The receptionist was very sweet and professional throughout my entire process. Additionally, this establishment is a must visit to get any paint repairing work done on your vehicle. Very friendly and warm atmosphere.

MY CAR WAS KEYED AND NEEDED NEW TIRES. PAINT JOB WAAS GREAT AND LOOKED PERFECT. CAR WAS FINISHED 2 DAYS SOONER THAN PROMISED. I WOULD GO BACK TO CALIBER IN A HEART BEAT.

The quality of work completed was good & the people are very friendly& nice. My dissatisfaction is the amount of time to complete. The original estimate date was 16 days. On the day before the est due date, it was extended another 9 days. At that date, it was still not ready. It was another 6 days before it was complete. In the last 6 days I initiated communication several times until I got an answer. I was informed of only 1 setback where the office was closed for a week. Not sure how & when this affected my vehicle.

Mike and his team kept me up to date on the repairs to my vehicle and did a phenomenal job on the repairs to keep my vehicle looking like new. Great customer service working in tandem with Enterprise that helped to keep me on the road the very same day as my insurance claim. We had a great experience here. We had to have repairs completed in a bit of a hurry due to travel and they came through. The staff was very friendly and informative. They kept me updated through out the repair and the car looked great upon completion.

Caliber recently completed repairs related to an auto claim and did so in expert fashion! Bonnie was polite and efficiently scheduled my repair and provided answers to my questions regarding rental car pickup. Mike was exceptional in estimating the damage and keeping me up to date with repairs that were needed. My Jeep was completed ahead of schedule and I was super impressed with the condition in which it was returned to me! My Jeep has not been that clean inside or out in a while! My car was fixed absolutely perfect. It was fixed in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend Caliber and their employees.

I wanted to write a nice review I really did but I just can’t. I got into a fender bender late April but had to wait for the insurance finally get it fixed to which they referred me to caliber collision. I got in finally sometime in June dropped my car off for a week and used a rental. That week I didn’t get updates I had to called to see what was going on. On the last day to have my rental I call to let them know I needed my car but they are open the same times I work and are closed by the time I get off. So I picked up my car after hours so I didn’t have anyone to look over the work with me when I got there. I’m very busy during the week with a full time job and toddler so I never got a chance to take my car back right away after I noticed the bumper was not on completely. So when I finally had a half day I called them and went over for them to look it over. They said they couldn’t do anything right now and they would talk to my insurance and get back to me. So I didn’t hear anything back so I called a week later maybe more and had the same response that they would be in touch and I have yet to be called back. At this point I’m annoyed and just over it . I wish they got the job done right the first time. The one thing I like is they at least vacuumed my car but someone I know who works at caliber in new holland told me they could’ve done more but it doesn’t matter.
