High quality water and products are always delivered. The delivery driver is polite and professional. He has quite a hike to deliver the five gallon bottles of water to my front door and does it with a smile. Customer Service is helpful whenever I need to contact them. The online method is excellent for paying the invoice and/or changing the delivery date.

Scott from Crystal Springs responded to the one-star review I posted a week ago, citing poor customer service and website issues. He went above and beyond to solve the problems Id been having, including personal delivery of the coffee order to my home.I now have a phone number to put my delivery order as well as an accurate delivery schedule. I am changing my review to 5-stars since they made this customer happy went above and beyond what I expected. I appreciate it and want my review to reflect that.

We signed up for home water delivery this week. Money was instantly taken out of our bank account but we never received a confirmation email or anything. I’ve been on hold for a total of 3 hours and counting over the last 2 days just trying to talk to someone to find out what day and time we will get our delivery...I can’t make an online account without an account number and I can’t find out my account number without speaking to someone or having a receipt/confirm email. I’m so beyond frustrated. If someone from Crystal Springs could reach out before I loose my mind listening to the world’s worst gold music, I’d appreciate it!

I’ve been using this water delivery service for over two years, I have no complaints whatsoever. Delivery personnel is friendly, they are always on time and provide excellent customer service. Billing is been always accurate. Finally, their prices are competitive if not lower than others. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We have been having issues with our unit dispensing water and no matter how many times we email them about it we never got a response. You cant call them because you wait on hold for an hour at least every single time.

Customer Service is very helpful and Polite. The Route Delivery Guy is very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this company for water delivery.

My service guy, Don is an amazing gentleman. I’ve had bottles in the past (not many) leak. He’s always made it a point to return n switch out the bottle for me.

Crystal Springs had taken over the Water Guy and is being managed by DS Services. I have never had such unprofessional service in my life. You cant get a straight answer regarding pricing and when asked for simple verification in writing of what clients would be charge, apparently they cant provide you with billing information, but can still bill you.... What legitimate business cant provide documentation to their clients! I would not recommend them!

Been a customer for too many years to count off-hand. Deliveries have been on-time and the water and bottles have always been clean. Ive had no problems with the cooler/heater either. I had to call a few times for scheduling changes and water increases but never a problem that I can recall. Customer service has always been great. Delivery guys have always been friendly and professional.

Have been receiving bottled water from Crystal for about a year now. They’ve been consistent and reliable. I do get their phone reminder every other week to leave the empty bottles on the porch for return. When I’ve forgotten to do that the driver has checked in with me. A++ service.

This company is truly unprofessional. They do not reply back to emails from corporate or customers if they do it will take about 4months and they make statements vs resolution along with the statements they provide no documentation . Joe Ellis lacks professionalism in handling any complaint that is filed. All customers better check there bills the company will raise your rate without making you aware even if your given a set rate by VP of the area, as they change yearly. You message the VP’s they do not respond as they are in different states and unaware of there customers. It takes days for the Office Of The President to respond, you have to leave message no one answers the phone. It seems communication lacks locally to customers and corporate to customers and local branches. I suggest filing disputes with CFPB, BBB. They Joe Ellis would much prefer people cancel than addressing concerns head on. Your emails, calls and messages are ignored. Ask for your statements and written resolution of your complaint vs blank statements. I suggest not dealing with Ds water services, crystal springs ever!

The single worst customer service experience Ive had with a company. They are the Comcast of bottled water service. From missed deliveries to unbelievable wait times (1+ hrs) and unhelpful customer service agents, this company is the gold standard in disappointing customers.
