Stopped by to pick up a specific dog toy. They didnt have it in stock but they had a huge assortment of toys. I bought a giant donut for my dogs. They love it and play tug with it. I will be stopping by for more dog toys in the future.

Dropped my push mower off the get a full service last couple weeks ago. First off they said it ran fine until they went to change the spark plug, then it wouldn’t start so they make me pay for the new part and the labor to put it on. Then when I get it back the self propel doesn’t work anymore and it worked perfectly fine before I took it in. I paid $250 for my mower to come back in worse shape. Will never take it back!!

Bought items for potting flowers. Had a good selection of flower pots both ceramic and plastic. I was glad to find so many sizes of flower pots as well as plastic saucers to put under plants on wooden furniture. The prices of the ceramic ones were a little to rather high, esp for the locale. In some suburb of Philadelphia or NYC, ok...but I went with very reasonable and solid-color plastic.

I had them come and pick up my John Deere lawn tractor for servicing and to check why the engine light was on. They called me a couple of weeks later and said it would be around $600 to fix and service.I felt that was a bit steep and asked them to drop it back off.When the tractor was dumped on my lawn it was in pieces. The cowling was off, the blades were removed. It was delivered in worse shape than when I sent it over.The driver tried to put the cowling on but stated that what does it matter its a piece of junk. Really? It was worth $600 to fix it last week. Today its a piece of scrap metal. He then told me that I should be grateful. I had it picked up and dropped off for free.The owner did offer to have it picked up again and put back together...but how can you trust a business who either knew it was junk and was trying to up charge me to make $600 or just has employees who dont care about their customers.

When shopping for dog or cat food, their selection is incredibly HUGE! Lots of natural products for pets, as well as a marvelous array of pet sweaters, coats, etc. Take your dog into the store to help you choose treats, too!

Worst customer service. We needed to return birdseed, we got the wrong kind than we usually get befor opening the bag. The cashier with a very annoyed look on her face, rolled her eyes and sighed very loudly and said, well you shouldve read the bag right the first time and then stormed to the back and yelled for someone else to help us. Me and my husband were very disappointed. We will be taking our business to Tractor Supply nearby were the service is excellent!

Ephrata Agway has everything you need for your pets at competitive prices. Then even have sample sizes of many dog and cat food and treats so you can try new things without wasting products or money if your pet doesnt like it. There are always staff people available to direct you and even if there is a line at checkout it moves quickly. Staff are friendly.

Not the best overall prices compared to the big box stores however the staff is exceptional! I recommend Agway above all other local hardware stores. If you have any concerns regarding your lawn.... Ask for Annie and she will give you thorough and patient attention! They also have a great selection of landscaping, fertilizing and seeding products. Best thing is they are pet friendly to a degree that goes beyond compare. They have the best mix and match - create your own bag of dog treats on the planet.

Half garden shop and half pet store

This is a paradise of hardware, home goods, and best of all, pet supplies. Look here for any dog wearables (coats, sweaters, or jackets for cold weather), plus halter, harnesses from XXX to XL. Dog and cat food, dry and canned...the largest array available. The staff here are wonderfully helpful, too. Will special order, too.

Very reasonable prices for wood pellets, especially if you catch the preseason sale. A young man there helped me load my vehicle and wouldnt even accept a tip! He just asked me to come back next year. I figure Ill do that, and leave a glowing Google review. :)

I recently contact mark from agway about a fence he came out and I showed him where I wanted the fence and all the info he needed. He was very helpful, he contacted me when he had time to do it and then explained the process of how they would do it. They started on a Wednesday and got done by Monday. Came here to see what Agway was about. I heard a lot about this particular brand of store but have never been in one. Overall they have a decent selection of just about anything you could want for the out door, around the house, person. Some prices seemed expensive and some preoces seemed cheap compared to similar stores I have been at. But it was an interesting experience.

This is a great store for gardening and landscaping! The employees are extremely helpful and nice. It has a lot of products but still has that small town store feel. They sell large quantities of fertilizer and topsoil by the 50lb bag as well as specialty plant care products, custom bird seed mix by weight, patio furniture and features, and even really cute (cheap) animal themed cards!
