Great place to do business! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Went in to see what I could find for a defensive compact pistol that myself and my wife could use, and despite the extreme shortage of these guns and respective ammo, I was pleasantly surprised to find several excellent options in pistols. In fact, the prices were VERY competitive and not marked up as seen with many retailers. Found just what I wanted and got checked out no problem. Will be coming back for sure.

This is my go to gun store. For the amount of guns i bought here, im probably near the top of the volume list. I say that to say to people who read these reviews. This store is WORTH shopping at. Ignore the useless reviews of people who make personality attacks, but have no substance to their review other than they wanted to greeted as if they were entering a church. Dude this is a gun shop - dont get you panties in a bunch over political views, sports opinions or not being greeted with a hug when you enter. If you want a therapist, - go find one --- if you want gun and related equipment - go to Musser

I dont know why all of the bad reviews. Ive never ever had a bad experience here. The owner has always been very friendly and professional every time Ive been there. The prices have ALWAYS been lower than anything Ive found in any other big box store like Cabelas. In this climate its easy to see stores increasing the price of guns and especially ammo but not here. If he can get it the price is usually at or near MSRP. I will continue to shop here first!

One of the best gun shops around was quite low on stock but I figured they would be with the way the world is going. Great prices great service.

I would give this place a zero if I could customer service was horrible the guy was rude wouldnt shut up the whole time I was there was talking about covid and Trump and all kinds of stuff just in the 10 minutes I was there walking around the shop that had nothing in it everything was out of stock. The handful of guns that the guy did have he talked about each one like they were the only guns left in existence. Plus the rude guy who wouldnt shut up who owns the joint was standing there wearing no mask along with his other employee. I also heard him badgering a customer because he was representing Air Force rather than some other branch of the military that the owner preferred apparently. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else theres plenty of gun shops in Pennsylvania this one sucks.

I have one word for this place. RUDEPlus not one of the employees had a mask on and also none of their customers had one on either. Theres other places that you can go for whatever you need instead of going to the super spreader shop.I was in and out within 2 minutes.

You guys are great! Helpful as every and look up prices for you if they dont have anything that you are looking for in Stock. They have a great selection of ammo and Trapping equipment. They also have multiple options when it comes to general hunting supplies. Always wanna go here!

The staff is quite knowledgeable and don’t breathe down your neck if you tell them you’re just looking. They can get busy quick if two separate people are buying a gun.

I did a transfer here for a Colt 1911 theater of Pacific gun in case all nickel-sweet-the gun who helped me-was asking the guy what I was paying for it-(tried to anyway) like that’s his business? Then proceeded to continue “I know a guy looking for this gun” so I had to remind the gun “I’m buying it “ then I bought it-never has anyone tried to steal my purchase right in front of me-but anyway since your reading this I paid $650! Yes $650-sold it 2 weeks later for $1350-so yeah-sorry you missed out-ILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN.

Would not recommend. The owner is arrogant and rude. He should invest some time and money in learning customer service and people skills.

Nice little sporting goods/hunting and fishing shop. The prices are a bit high but the employees are super friendly and eager to help and educate on anything you might want to know. Dont be afraid to stop by and just meet the staff, nice people.

The individuals who choose to work here are among the most knowledgeable I have found at a small location! Its clear that they strive to be on the leading edge!! New stock is hit or miss, I have never walked in and purchased something I had saved up for on the same day however they can get it for me in just a few days. Very happy repeate customer!

Was in this shop the other week. Wanted to buy a rifle. I was completely turned off by how the owner was talking to his African American employee. I talked to him a few times before he was always helpful and happy to answer my questions but the owner is a Jerk!

Average price for an Anderson lower is 50 bucks . They’re charging 92.75. That’s not just a bad price, it’s price gouging. Won’t go back. Jacking up prices because things are hard to find is disgusting. Went to the sportsman shop instead and got one for half the price.

Professional and courteous. Knowledgeable, but reserved in their opinions. Price points are competitive. My first experience there and will patronize their establishment again.

Please remember margins on gun sales are very very small. If they have to make it higher to stay in business so be it, what you get in return is service and a shop that will honor their products.Thank you

Very expensive. Transferred a gun yesterday at DNA in Lititz $35. Today at Mussers it cost me $60. I was excited to finally see Mussers as an available option to get my online purchase sent to and finalize transaction locally. I will never get another gun shipped there. Way too expensive. First time customer will be last time customer

The employees here were wonderful in helping me understand what i am looking for in a gun (first time gun buyer) they helped me figure out what kind n style would b best for me, the customers were alsp awesome in helping with what guns worked well for their wives or daughters. Staff is great to deal with n I plan to shop here again soon in the future!!:) As for prices i feel they compete well with other small gun shops in our area, of course if your comparing to large stores the prices may be higher but you need to remember that if you shop at a large store you are often treated as just another person versus an important customer as at a small store!Thanks Mussers

Good local stop if I cant make it up to Cabelas. Ammo is a little pricey but they usually carry a good selection of used and new guns that isnt too much more than Big Box buys. FFL transfer fees are a bit much but I understand why.

We buy used guns means we will attempt to rip you off and then badmouth whatever you have. High prices, at least a $100 over for a comparable handgun when compared to other LGSs. Check out Kerpers gun shop if you want a great overall experience in the local area.

I have had several bad experiences here. Not a friendly place and will go elsewhere. Owner showed little common sense and customer service when a gun was purchased for my 20 year old son. Gun was bought for x mas gift but did not buy a left handed bolt action. Gun was still inbox and never fired but owner gave him a small % of sale price even though and exchange. Also snobby comments when just a hunting license purchased or kayak stickers just purchased and said we do not make any money on these sales. Is Mussers an outdoor store ? Hmm. Lasly, posts a Donald Trump picture holding an automatic weapon in the back of a pick up truck. Apprently Mussers shows the same values, honesty and morals as Donald trump. Or lack there of...Not a nice place to shop. Poor customer service showed many times.

Prices are somewhat high compared to outlets/online, but the staff are nice and its perfect for when you need to pick something up locally.

I dont know if telling one customer a firearm is one price when the sticker says way lower is illegal but thats not the worst that happened here to me, Here is what happened the first time i went in since its the closest ffl to my place up here. The owner wanted to do more checks than legally necessary not ok even if he didnt try TO CHARGE ME! Its already bad enough i have to deal with anyone except the local delivery person delivering my firearms to my steps. I dont need or want to hear your opinions on ANYTHING! Especially someone that makes negative remarks about me to another customer while im rite there. The owner said dont ever trust a ********! I cant believe places like this still exist, If you have such strong negative feelings towards customers over race, religion, location or sexual orientation you should really keep it to yourself. I look forward to your response thank you

Prices are very high compared to other outdoor stores in the area. Owner is not very friendly to customers.

I get along with the guys that work there, but they are significantly overpriced. Ive bought a majority of my guns there over the past few years because I like to support local business. The first bad experience was I ordered a rifle through them and was unable to pick it up right away, then they called me and hassled me about it so I would come pick it up, even though it was only there a week. The last straw was when I bought a gun online, and they charged a 60 dollar transfer fee, which is double what most of the competition charges.

Staff not helpful. Spent all their time talking with what looked like regular customers or just friends. Let us and another customer waiting for answers to questions. Not going back.

Very helpful local outdoors store

Bought a gun here a couple of years ago. Overall ok experience. But I have had to deal with the owner a few times and he was a real jerk wouldnt recommend going here unless you really have to.
