Ive heard from several locals that this place is hit or miss. However, being a glutton for punishment I decided to give it a shot. Staff is dry and rude, prices on parts, and accessories are absurd. And the place appears to be stuck in a 1970s wormhole.. Only thing they got going for them is maybe the availability of inventory. They have more vehicles in stock then most other dealers in area. However that could be do to how they run the business. Guess I shouldve filtered through the majority of positive reviews. Most of which appear to have been produced by staff and family members.. Also after looking through these reviews I stumbled upon a horrifying review of the owner threatening to share another reviewers personal info due to a bad score! And another one with the owner refereeing to someone as an A-hole WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THAT!

These folks are great. Very helpful. Theyve squeezed me in when I let my inspection expire. I needed help in a repair I was doing (clutch slave cylinder) the mechanic (I think his name Chuck) even did some of the work for me for no charge. It took him 2 minutes, it would have taken me an hour, assuming I knew what I needed to do with the stuck part.

This place has more knowledge then any honda shop around I will always go here for anything I need.

My family and I had an incredible experience buying our ATV from ECS. They allowed me to put a hold on the next TRX90 that was coming in and communicated well during the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is one of the better cycle shops around. If it wasnt for me purchasing another make (that they dont sell), I would deal with them more often. As it is, i still come to them for some work and inspections as they are one of the most flexible and reasonably priced in the area.

First time shopping here today and what a great experience! There is a lot to be said for family owned businesses. They went above and beyond to help me get a 4-wheeler for my Dad so he can get around better. They even delivered it the same day! Chad took the time to go over everything with him and wanted to make sure he knew how it worked. They definitely have my business for life! Thank you all so much for everything!! I am very grateful!!

Really great people to work with here. I needed an accessory sub-harness and 12 volt outlet for my Honda rancher. These guys here knew what I needed and got it in quickly for me. They even sent me extra instructions to help get the job done. Thats true customer service that you just dont see anymore!

Last night I was on Honda’s website and demo ride page came up. I’m in the market for an Africa Twin DCT and called to see if the bike was in stock and get pricing info. I was t able to get a ride because they have a limited schedule due to CV.

I bought my very first scooter from them at least 15 years ago. They have always been very helpful with answering my questions and their prices have always been very good. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a full service motorcycle dealer.

Please Reconsider Ephrata Cycle and Sports as your place of service or purchase.I used to only use Ephrata Cycle and Sports for all my motorcycle needs. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My last visit has changed my view of their business upsidedown.The owner Chuck has little to no respect for the customer. After paying, I brought a concern to his attention. He responded with the answer, but with attitude and lack of concern. It was inappropriate and disrespectful.I always try to resolve the issue first, but since this type of service comes from the owner of the business, there is nowhere I can go to correct it. Therefore why this poor review is being posted.Randy is cool though. Nothing against him, hence why two stars instead of one.

Chuck and the guys at Ephrata Cycle and Sport are awesome!! I have a yellow gold wing that had some issues with it as I bought it used. They have worked on it and got it to a place where I love seeing nice weather and cant wait to ride it. They are very accommodating. Two days before I was heading to bike week in OCMD I found my battery dead. Chuck said bring it right in and he swapped out the battery while I waited. How can you do better than that. Terrible experience ripped me off for almost 300 and didn’t get my bike running properly. When I asked them about bringing it back to have them fix it right. I was told that I would be charged again because there’s the possibility that I could’ve done something wrong and they would need to re diagnose the problem.. which was the same issue I brought it in for !! Save yourself the time and effort and go to Kens motorcycles out on Rt.61 they’re way more reputable and better overall quality of work and customer satisfaction !In response to the owners passive aggressive comment. Yes you’re correct I’m not going to post my real name on the Internet. But would be more than happy to discuss what can be done for me. Since you guys obviously lacked compassion and the quality of Service the day my bike was there yet you speak so highly of.As you mentioned you ran it on the bench because of the missing items I find that extremely hard to believe. Because the bike doesn’t idle. Unless choke is on and then it idles roughly and dies when you give it any gas. I was told the bike was running. How could you give me a bike back that didn’t idle properly and say you fixed it. Also how could the carbs get clogged again by contaminated fuel when there is a brand new OEM inline filter that was purchased from you guys. And also the fuel tank was hot tanked and thoroughly cleaned and all fuel lines replaced. And I checked the filter and it’s just as clean as the day I got it from you. Kens took the carburetors apart and confirmed they were not cleaned properly. And after the first experience I had with you guys and then when I called about it and you suggested the possibility of them being clogged again due to my negligence left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. The bike wasn’t fixed right the first time around and maybe shame on me for not bringing a battery with me to test it before it left your parking lot. But I trusted you guys and all the positive reviews posted on your website. And you’re correct you have my name and number in your system so I would be more than happy to speak to a higher up to see what can be done. Because now I’m stuck paying a better shop to clean up your guys mess.

Purchased used bike from ECS. Was quick and painless, had bike inspected and on my trailer in no time. Didnt hesitate to arrange the price into my budget, and Chad was a great salesman. Next bike will definitely be from ECS!

When I got turned away because my bike is a 81, these guys said they would take care of me. All I needed was carbs cleaned and inspection. Other shops said they couldnt get parts, these guys said it wouldnt be a problem.
