I have been going to Tarin for my eyebrow waxes for over a year now. Not only does she perfect my eyebrows every time, but she is always personable and friendly. Whenever I need a recommendation on a product she is willing to help and very informative. She is great!

Probably the friendliest staff of the three stores in my area. Clean helpful but often out of popular products.

Had my hair done here, didn’t even bother to make it look like my references. Layers are way too long and choppy. I payed to have my hair styled with the cut and after she cut it my stylist said “if you want it wavy that’s something you do yourself”, when she should’ve said that when i showed her my reference picture OF WAVY HAIR before she cut it!! I have to go to another salon to get this fixed, very disappointed.

I brought my daughter in to get her hair cut and the store was very busy. It is COVID so I thought it would be smart to have me and my 6 yr old wait in the car. I told the woman cutting her hair we would be right in the car and my daughter had her cell phone so she could call as soon as she was done or had any questions. Not to mention I could not stand in front of the counter to talk to the woman performing the hair cut because there was a random customer sitting on the floor in front of the counter. About 30 minutes passed and my daughter texted me and said she was done and I texted her right back that we would head right in. She was standing up front and her hair looked super cute. I asked her if she liked it and she said yes. When she got in the car she said you know what was weird mom? The woman cutting my hair never said a word to me. I said she didnt ask you if you liked it? Nope. She didnt even show her a mirror with the cut in the back. I have never sat in a hairdressers chair and not had small talk. She didnt treat her like her customer. So 3 stars for me. Hairdressing is art both with hands and people. The hair cut came out great but we have a different opinion in customer service.

Ulta is my all time favorite place to shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Knda expensive. Help could pay a little bit more attention when you are wandering aimlessly thru aisles.

Now Im not really a make up guy but when ever I end up there Im amazed by the shine of the place. Ive never seen it unclean and they have a wide selection of many quality products. The workers there seem to be friendly enough from my experience.P.S. try any of the hempz lotion its great.

Bought a perfume that irritated my skin, I called to ask if it could be returned, the sales girl Jennifer was beyond nice and extremely helpful.Told me I could return with no problem :)

Very friendly atmosphere. Went here to get a last minute haircut. Sabrina did a fantastic job and made me feel very welcome. They also had some great items on clearance!

I am sporting lovely and natural looking brows shaped by Caley (phonetic, not sure of spelling). My skin is glowing after a facial done by Megan. I also witnessed pretty hair leaving the salon. Ulta Beauty gets high grades from this client.

I love this store, but prices can be pretty steep. Great place for finding different things you dont usually find in most stores.

I come here all the time for hair dye and the girls are always so nice! Especially one of the managers Jessica, she always has a smile and helps me find what need

I got my haircut here after a botched at home haircut. They are SO nice. They are so creative too. They can do simple to ornate. I am not a big fassion guru but they are so nice they help me find makeup..whatever I might want. Not judgemental at all!
