Do not use these guys they up sell you on high end batteries which I spent over $500.00 for two, then tell me one of the batteries is no good but it was my falt. The other battery is connected in serious with this one and its good. Now they wont warranty this over priced battery.I will be looking for a new battery company, I highly recommend you do the same.

Picked up a load of batteries here the other day. They loaded them carefully in the truck and even tied them down for us (using our straps). These are very heavy, about 120 pounds each, so you wouldnt be surprised if people loading them were dropping them the last couple inches- not the case here. Youd have thought these guys were loading them up for delivery to their own house!For the competitive price you get, I think this is a lot smarter than buying online where whoever is shipping it doesnt care about being gentle with ridiculously heavy items like this. You dont want your batteries having a rough shipping trip in my mind. Better to pick them up yourself from people like this who treated them carefully.

Never to late to learn! 72 years old and never again will buy a DC battery for my boat trolling motor from an auto supply, walmart, costco, or stores like sears. Bought an American Eagle DC 24 at the Escondido store and couldnt be happier. Service was super great! It charges back up perfectly each time and can leave it set for weeks and is ready to go with out a recharge.

I called Saturday morning to confirm they had the right battery for my car. The price was the lowest of any other place I had called. When I arrived at the store, Pete met me at the bay door. He took a look under my hood and verified which battery I needed. He proceeded to locate the battery, and then rolled his cart with tools and the battery over to my car. He had that switched out in less than 10 minutes. Pete told me he has been an employee for 20 years! This company must be doing something right! They had the absolute lowest price, and excellent customer service. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know!

Great long time family owned business. Very friendly and courteous staff. If you have a battery problem they will check your charging system and install a new battery if you need it. As far as I know its the only place in North County that make battery cables for you while you wait. They are very good quality at a fair price for what you get. A trustworthy place to go if you think you need a new battery. I was having some issues with my car battery, but when I went the technician tested my battery and said it looked fine. We also realized that my battery was still under an extended warranty from the dealership, so he advised me to look into the warranty and said that if I dont see the issues come up again then its not worth worrying about.The tech easily could have told me I needed a new battery, but he was honest and clear with the test he did, which is why Ill be back here whenever I have car battery problems!

Best priced batteries in town. Beat all auto store prices by at least $30-$40. There premium battery was cheaper than auto stores cheapest battery with an amazing warranty. Definitely buy there again.

Service is the key, and they have that in abundance here! Low prices, not so much. Low quality, also not so much. The adage you get what you pay for applies here. And here you do get a lot for what you pay. You buy a battery, and they will put it in and do all the work. They also test and charge batteries, so that maybe if the problem was your charging system, they wont sell you a battery. They also custom build battery cables at a good prices too, and they will usually be able to do it on the spot while you wait.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, went through all my options and found the right battery for me. Didnt pressure me into an expensive option.Initially I wasnt thrilled about the $7.50 battery installation charge, but they were very thorough and did a great job.

I bought a battery here 3 months ago. I put it in my car but my car never started. My car was left at a mechanic shop and recently told my car is not fixable.. I called Rob last week and explained my situation, he said to go ahead and bring it in and he would take it back. I went in a couple days later and Rob was not there, staff did not want to help me. I called the next day and spoke to a woman that looked up my invoice and said she would make a copy and give it to Rob. Rob called me the next day and left me a Voicemail stating to come in. I went in the next day and Rob said he wont take it back stating there was mis communication, eventhough i had explained to him over the phone and he left me a voicemail telling me to come in. He offered to buy it from me for $5.50 or sell it on craigslist. I paid almost 90 dollars for this.If he would have been honest and told me from the start he wouldnt take it back during our communication I wouldnt have wasted my time. I work at a nearby car dealership and Ill make sure we take our business somewhere else.

I have a Kia Optima Hybrid with a different sized battery and this place had JUST what I needed. I called, they gave me a price, they held it for me and now I have a new battery. Alittle more expensive than I planned but battery size in a hybrid Kia Optima is different. They were quick and customer service was better than amazing!!!!! Completely useless. Cant help someone in need and would rather leave a customer stranded with a dead battery than provide even the most basic of customer service to their customers. Not to mention their file system is about as organized as the Watergate file cabinets. As if its my fault they cant looked up my proof of purpose cause they still use an old 286 with an Okidata 320 printer.
