I had a battery issue with my GMC and I’m so happy I decided to go to Auto Zone in fair lawn. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Most importantly Daniel. In these hard times is so hard to find good hardworking people like him. He literally changed my battery with one broken arm (yes with a cast on) now that’s what I call amazing customer service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me out. Hope your manager recognizes you. 👍

Anthony (manager from Little Ferry) was helping out in the Fair Lawn store and helped us put the ball joint to the mirror back in. My boyfriend and I tried for days to get them back in. He did it in 2 mins and was so awesome. Great service and so helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The guys at autozone are very helpful and considerate, but the women that work there on the other hand is a different story not as helpful.

I had a bad battery and Iliana told me on the phone they could test it and my alternator for me. When I got there she promptly did it and helped me change my battery she was amazing and so helpful! I would recommend this place to anybody

I have been going to the Broadway store since it opened, this store has been great so far, and I buy a lot of parts, Easy to return no hassle, all the Managers are helpful, store is clean with plenty of parking

I had a tail light go out suddenly and needed it changed ASAP, and no mechanic in the area could see me short notice. I took a shot in the dark and showed up at Auto Zone, and Daniel was more than helpful, and changed it for me on the spot. He was super nice and helpful, and it was a life saver. Thank you Daniel!

I always have the best luck here They will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Ill call another store if you need it and come back and work with you in the aisle even if youre just a knucklehead dad with a car like me.

One of the worst auto parts store i ever dealt with inexperienced staff and management i ordered parts i was suppose to get it that day never got it then they said it is coming the next they i never got it again i believe they are lying from the get go because they forgot to order the parts from the beginning this store needs to be look into

The manager who I dealt with today was knowledgeable and very efficient in dealing with a defective part from one of Autozones suppliers. It is obvious that Autozone is buying parts from manufacturers and remanufacturers where there is essentially zero quality control or inspections. At any rate, the performance of the employee was exemplary but the performance of Autozone the corporation (that is executive level management) is atrocious. Autozone needs to read the Riot Act to their vendors to reduce the defect rate in parts and also improve standards such that aftermarket parts at least come reasonably close to OEM insofar as materials, fit, function and service life. I almost never buy aftermarket parts anymore because they are invariably worse than junk compared to OEM dealer supplied parts and sure enough yet again (today) I encountered an egregiously defective part in this one exception I made because I had to perform an emergency repair 600 miles from my shop at home. My other gripe with Autozone is management and the owners are stealing from the workforce. The pay the WORKERS behind the counter receive is an absolute joke and is so low it is frankly INSULTING and nobody can survive on the breadcrumbs that the workers are given. Meanwhile others at Autozone get hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions simply because they are skilled at, and desirous of, EXPLOITING other people who actually do the work in the enterprise. At any rate, the manager fixed the problem but Autozone the CORPORATION is an exploitative entity and CONSEQUENTLY people should open their mouths for once to COMPLAIN AND GET THE EXPLOITATION STOPPED. Its as simple as that (I wasnt born yesterday...LOL).

Bought this in case my tires need air.

I purchased a car battery here a week ago and I had to go to my dealership today to have my car looked at, apparently the battery sold to me for 175$ is not fully charged and doesnt work dont go here unless you want to be ripped off, Ill be going back to resolve this issue in person very unprofessional
