Id been recommended by friend met from Lexus forum and I LOVE IT. recently I purchased 10 years old used Lexus need to done few services, Not only tire service, Done transmission oil and Full Synthetic oil changed, plus power steeling and brake fluid flush service, they use top quality stuffs and check for all other possible issues, Also done with my wifes flat tire fix and done fantastic job with full balancing and patch inside of tire, with half of cost from other places. Charlie know exactly what need to be done. This is the place you can rely and trust.

I had the best experience here at Friendly Tire and Auto. I initially had my car towed to the Honda Paramus dealership and had a less than satisfactory experience. The dealership treated me more like a number than a human and wanted to charge me 3 times the amount I paid here at Friendly. They are also actually very friendly here and I was informed of everything that was happening with my car. Service was speedy and on time. HIGHLY recommend this place for service.

Initially brought my Honda in for an oil change but now I bring all my familys vehicles here. The shop is family run, your vehicles are serviced in the bays right next to the office. Charlie is a professional, knowledgeable and professionally trained. I trust Charlie even with my non-Honda vehicles as I know he is honest, does not try to upsell me and will even let me know if I can find a service or part cheaper elsewhere.

The worst thing about finding theres something wrong about your car, is not knowing what to expect in the garage. You never know whats wrong, how much it will cost you.But, this is a place we do not have to worry any more.The owner, Charlie explains everything before he starts the work. Charlie saved us a ton of $$$. Our AC on Volvo XC90 was broken and according to the quote another dealer gave us, we need to pay at least $2300 to fix the problem (the mechanic said he didnt go crazy on this one): we have to change our compressor and condenser because they were leaking and damaged. We were desperate and a friend referred us to Charlie. His quote was only half of the price based on the quote from the other dealer and upon examination of our car, he found that only the condenser needs to be changed. As a result, we only paid $300+ to get our super cool air! Now, no more open window on highway! What a life saver!We were so happy with the service so we bring our other car Volvo S60 to him because the brake and fuel booster was hissing for years.. It was a small noise at the beginning but getting worse recently. We had a quote several years ago from a mechanic Tim with very good reputation and good price back in Pittsburgh for $1000. Charlie changed our booster for $650. Now the car is super quite:) So in total, Charlie saved us around $2300!!! What can be said about this? He could have done the same and charged us that much, but he didnt.He also gave us free warranty on roadside assistance (towing/jump starts/flat tire), which he gives all his customer for free.I would highly recommend you to repair your car with Charlie. He is a honest and experienced master mechanic (he has a plate of certification at his garage office), who is willing to help you out when your car is broken rather than digging every cent out of your wallet. Charlie is the best!
