Very Good Customer Service - I ordered (online) a display case for a NHL Hockey Goalie Stick. I did not get my UPS confirmation from UPS and started to freak out about it not arriving before Christmas, as promised. I shot off an e-mail to the company at 6:30 pm, 2 days after I expected the tracking info, fully prepared to get the run-around. To my surprise - I received an e-mail response later that night confirming that my case had shipped and would arrive as promised. Crystal Caseworks forwarded me the tracking info the next morning and It did arrive on time and in perfect condition. It is a beautiful display case and I will order from this company again and recommend them highly to everyone!!
Do not order from here- I had placed an order on 1/9/2014 and never received my product. I have emailed 15 times and left numerous messages. The only responses I receive was an email from Phil Jones stating that I should receive it in the next few days and when I would call and if anyone would pick it up as soon as I gave my order number some how the line would go dead. It is now 8/8/2014 and Nothing! I have filed a compliant with the Police and if I dont receive a refund with in the next 7 days, I am getting my attorney involved. It is just a shame that this business works like this
I purchased a case for a min-helmet on 3/3/2013. 4 weeks later no shipping info, so I inquired about it. They were quick to respond and said they had a back log and needed more time. Not being an urgent need, I said OK. I checked back in a month later, still no shipping by early April. Emailed them again and still behind. May 5th they told me it would be about a week. Today, 5/29, still nothing. I requested the order be cancelled and my funds refunded. Well see how long that takes...
I foolishly ordered multiple “museum” cases before actually taking any delivery an NEVER received ANYTHING! More than $1,000 WASTED; nothing’s but EXCUSES. I saved ALL the e-mails for ANYONE to see. DO NOT BUY HERE OR YOU WILL BE SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED AND MUCH POORER FOR YOUR EFFORTS.
Wow, I was scammed by this company. I doubt that this company exists. I, as everyone else, received a phantom email from Phil saying that my golf display was on backorder. I placed numerous calls and emails to no avail. This was last June 2015 and I never received a reply email. Hopefully this owner is in jail and this is the reason for the non-response. I will do my best to contest the purchase with my bank. Somehow I missed these negative reviews when sending my order and paying my money. DO NOT BE SCAMMED, THIS COMPANY IS NOT REAL.
Do not attempt to do business with this company. After I heard nothing about my order, Crystal explained there was a delay caused by backorder, and went silent once more. The company collected their payment from my credit card account, then went silent again. I ordered in February, and they have never shipped. They are now refusing to process a refund to my account. I am disputing the charge with my credit card issuer, and considering filing in small claims court - but my impression is that this business is completely bogus, and simply scamming potential customers.No case, no refund - and this is four months later.
They probably make nice stuff, if you can get it. I ordered a single golf ball display case. After a month of not hearing anything I emailed Phil. He responded very quickly that there was a sudden backorder and my order would ship in a week. Two weeks later and nothing, not even an email with an update.
I do not bother writing reviews but all potential customers must be advised.This is the absolute worst customer experience possible.Product was ordered and payment promptly processed. Two months went by and no update.Had to make several inquiries (email and phone) before receiving an email from Phil stating he was unaware of the any delay and would check. No update. Asked for an update several times again and no response.Advised I would be cancelling the order due to non-communication and non-receipt. Phil replied he had replied to every email and advised to check my spam filter. As an IT professional, I knew this was BS. Furthermore, I checked the email header information from Phil and noted we were using the same provider for email so the spam filter excuse was definitely a lie!Phil confirmed order cancellation but did not proceed with it. I had to open a claim with PayPal to actually get the money back which was fully refunded.It is amazing how people actually stay in business when they completely mis-manage their orders, do not communicate, and lie to their customers.Do yourself a huge favor and do not order from this company!
BEWARE!!!! I should have read their reviews before placing an order. I ordered a case from them in June. After a month I sent several e-mails asking for a time frame for when my order would ship. I received one initial e-mail back from Phil saying he would check with the warehouse manager. After a few unanswered e-mails asking if he had found out a time frame yet (at this point it had been about 2 months since I placed my order) I got on google to look up their number to call. Thats when I say all of the terrible reviews. I sent Phil an e-mail saying I would like to cancel my order due to lack of response and expected a full refund. This e-mail he responded to almost immediately claiming he had responded to all of my e-mail (complete B.S. since I checked all of my folders including junk) and my order was scheduled to ship shortly (hah!) but he would cancel my order if I wanted and I would get a full refund in 24 hours. Well that of course did not happen. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They give the vendors TWO MONTHS to respond. My dispute finally closed this week in my favor because the vendor never responded to them. I also e-mailed numerous times during this 2 month period asking for updates on the status of my promised refund. Phil never once responded to a single e-mail.If you have already ordered from these thieves, I suggest cancelling your order and filing a dispute with your credit card company because you will never receive what you ordered and never receive a penny back otherwise. They are scam artists and crooks.If you have yet to order, DONT!!!! They also have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau if you have not been convinced by all of the other bad reviews.
My reviews concur with the others......... Ordered a product on 5/30/15. It is 6/29/15. No product, no shipping update, no tracking number etc. Emailed on 5/24/15. Phil replied that he showed order as shipped, and that they were closed the rest of the day but would get back to me the next day. Nada. No call or email. I emailed him back on 6/26/15 and stated that if I did not hear back with a status update or a shipping tracking # etc that I would contest the charges (which were posted to my AMEX account on 6/2/15.). True to my word, the charges for $149.99 have been contested with AMEX. Now you get no $$. Sad. All that was necessary is to (a) ship my product. (b) tell me sorry we had a delay in shipping, we shipped it today, here is your tracking #, or (c) we cant communicate and we dont have your product and are incapable of getting it, so heres a refund. Something. As a business owner myself, this is just unacceptable service.
I wish I had read more reviews before making my purchase. I order a case for a die-cast car in March. After several weeks, I sent an e-mail to see if it was a back-order or not. After a week I was sent a e-mail response that it would be shipped in a couple of days. After 4 weeks I inquired by e-mail again, which a response a week later was that it had been back-ordered, but was now in inventory, was it OK to ship now. My response was yes. Now after 3 weeks I have sent 2 more e-mail, which I havent received a response to. Glad I only order 1 case. I have 6 more I want to replace, but that wont happen with this company. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered in my 60 plus years.
Please trust the reviews before you purchase any product from here. I regret not reading them first. The case was two months late with many promises that it is shipping soon. The backorder excuse was another one I got as did another person leaving a review. (That was after one month) Still waited a month after the product was in!! Also when I got the case it is cheap quality. Custom engraved nameplate means Silver sticker with black text on it. WHAT A JOKEE!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
I ordered a flag case for my Dads casket flag. After several weeks my card got charged but no case was delivered. I left multiple phone messages and sent e-mails inquiring about my order. The only reply i got was we will check into it. But no update was ever received. After six more weeks I advised them if i did not hear from them I would contact my credit card company about a refund. I still never heard from them even once the credit card company began refund process. They made no effort to try to save my order or correct the problems. I would never do business with them again and would strongly warn others to avoid doing so.
Rather than my review, Ill let you judge for yourselves. Its a long read, but NINE (9) months after you place your order you may be regretting not reading. Especially if for a childs birthday, or holiday gift. It was too long to include my email, but is easy enough to figure out. Total scam. They take your money, and do not offer product back, nor refunds. I have been waiting four months. Communication is extremely poor. Check BBB for complaints. Yelp as well has many poor reviews. I wish I had checked before ordering from them.
The of worst everything. Placed an order for a baseball display for my sons first home run and waited and waited. Called, emailed and called again. If you order from this company you WILL be disappointed. I lost $55.44 to their unethical business practices. It is hard to believe they are still in business.
I placed an order for some display cases, paid for them and received a confirmation email.After not hearing from them in regards to shipping i sent an email asking if my order had been shipped. I received no reply (even though i used they email they stated to send question to in the confirmation email).After still not hearing anything i sent a few more emails, again have not heard anything from the company a month later.Have now raised a paypal case to try and get my money back.Horrible service. Wish i had read other peoples reviews before ordering as it seems like a lot of other people have had the same experience.
Absolutely terrible after sales service...because there is no service! Ordered an item in October 2014, was continuously told on three occasions that the item is backordered I gave them the benefit of the doubt, never got the item, then I asked for it to be cancelled and my money returned; it is now April 2015 I still do not have the y money back
I purchased a Fire Helmet case for my Dads fire helmet and it never shipped and they never refunded the money. Dont do business with these people. There was always an excuse.
Yep, I got scammed by these guys too. I wish Id googled them and found these reviews. Too late for me. Everyone else in the world, do yourself a favor and stay away. This company or person or whatever is a con artist.
