Very neat Place

Decided to try them out over their competitors. Bad idea, I took time out of my day to drive 30 minutes to their facility. Only when I arrived and called to try and figure out where the entrance was, I was told by a very customer un-oriented woman that “they DO NOT do on site purchases“. Nowhere on their website was this disclosed as an online shop only. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Taking my money elsewhere for sure.

Waited 8 days for wax worm delivery that never came. Thanks for ruining my trip. I will never order from Grubco again !

Worked on the plumbing. Nice people

They give you standard shipping charge at check out. But BEWARE, they will recalculate shipping charge and charged double the original cost and wont tell you until you see the invoice.

My bugs always arrive in time and are healthy.
