After almost a month of trying to get my order replaced because their colors were off the last email I got today said sorry your brightness is probably off! I do photography and my computer screens are calibrated including “brightness” So $36 down the drain! I should have read the reviews here first before I wasted my time and money! Customer service is a thing of the past I guess!

False advertising. Personalized candy bars WH ads all over say as low as $1.49. That $1.49 is actually only for the order of one sample bar, though. Any order higher than 1 candy bar is $2.89 each not $1.49 each. Order for 50 totaled $161 when ads make it look like they are $1.49 each. So you were thinking $75 plus shipping for 50 bars not the $161 it came to.

I have used WHcandy for awhile. The product has always been perfect. I have always ordered the Belgian chocolate. This time I ordered the Milk Chocolate. The. candy arrived perfect. The wrappers were perfect. Blue with silver foil. I was so proud but unlike my Belgian Chocolate when you unwrapped the foil for the milk chocolate to my shock was a Hershey bar wrapper with the Hershey chocolate bar in that wrapper. No where on the web sight does it stare that your milk chocolate will be in a Hersheys bar wrapper under the personalized wrapper. I spoke to customer Service and was told that that is how the other chocolates are done. She said that it wasnt noted on the web sight. So for 130:00.I got Hershey bars wrapper and all. Ive never been so embarrassed . They offered nothing. They said they would let them know to tell customer s on the sight that its a Hershey bar wrapper under the wrappers that you purchase.

Ordered our daughters personalized wedding candy bars from WH Candy. I am impressed! The bars were sent in a thermal bag with an ice pack to make sure they did not melt. They were sent UPS and arrived at my door within a day of the email letting me know they were on their way. I will have 3 more weddings and 2 graduations that will need personalized candy bars. I know where my business is going for those events! Thank you, WH Candy, for the speed and quality!

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered graduation favors and paid for expedited shipping and then got an email stating that the shipping label was created on the same day the package was supposed to be delivered. I even gave a few days reprieve in case there was a delay but did not expect to get the package after the graduation party. How is that expedited shipping? Shouldnt the company make up for the delay???Customer Service was no help what so ever. They told me there were production delays but the warehouse was not aware of when the packages need to be delivered by. No communication between departments and they just dont care. Sorry does not cut it. They should not charge for expedited shipping at all and just say you get your order whenever you get it. its too bad if its not in time for your event.I would stay away from this company since they are definitely not trust worthy and totally unreliable.

Very disappointed with the discrepancy between the product pictured on the website and the product sent to me. Colors are not bright, printing is not clear. Contacted them for assistance, response was that they are satisfied so my satisfaction was not important. Wouldnt do business with them again.

I received my box of goodies only to open it up and the stickers were not completely on the tube... some of the stickers were ruined. Its my 50th Birthday No one gets to rain on my parade. I did call the company and with no argument they were gladly to reimburse me. The product sucks but the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THANK YOU JESSICA.

I was so happy with the product I received! I was instantly sad because I noticed 7/50 hard were broken. I instantly called to see what they could do and wow I was floored by how helpful and nice customer service was!! They are going to ship me 7 new ones and I am now so excited! I am giving these out for my baby shower as part of the favour. I know all my guests will be over the moon happy just like I am with how cute they are!! Highly recommend using this company!

This company is polarizing. On one hand, the services they provide are decent, and fill a market niche. There is also good variety and quality products. On the other hand, inconsistent customer service and an owner change (the previous was an unpleasant woman, from several accounts) and you have a place that is better than some reviews give it. They arent perfect, but they do well enough and have mostly pleasant staff now.

I ordered full size Hershey Bars for my daughters baby shower and they came out great except that I misspelled my daughters name by accident. BE SURE TO PROOF READ! So I called them, they reprinted the packages for me and sent it back just in time for the big party! Outstanding customer service and excellent products. Its perfect for any special occasion. Highly recommended

This is a delivery racket...you pay very high for next day delivery & it gets here later than promised & no one accepts responsibility or reimburse you the high cost for next day delivery. Adverse weather conditions thats the line for your late delivery.

Beware ordering from this company. You will pay for 2 day shipping, but as customer service clearly stated to me today they dont gurantee 2 day shipping it takes 2-4 days for shipping. They can not get their story straight when you are on the phone with them. You catch them in one lie and they change what they said and they like to talk over to you as you explain what your invoice says so they dont have to explain themselves. I ordered a bunch of customer chocolate bars and the status said it had delivered. Well they didnt! I never received them! I called and they refused to return my money because the status was delivered. Wasted $100 on product that I never received! Thank you for nothing WH Candy!

The new owner was very unprofessional during a business meeting. It was more of an interrogation and rather insulting than It was a proper and professional meeting in my opinion.... I know I would not recommend the company to anyone.

I called to cancel an order that I purchased Nov. 20 at 11:00 pm, I called next morning at 8: am they said, I cant cancel because is already on the way and it gets here after December. She didnt even try to help. Bad customer services

I will NEVER use WH Candy for another order. I ordered 40 wrappers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary party and received 40 foils but only 30 printed wrappers. I called the company multiple times and was told I would receive a call back, but never did. I ended up having to order through another service and pay for next day delivery since I was out of time. I disputed the charge and offered to return the unused product, but WH Candy is fighting me. All I wanted was a refund and I would return the shorted order, but rather than good customer service, I have a fight on my hands. Ive told everyone I know about my bad experience and will continue to tell as many people as I can. Buyer Beware!!

I was very disappointed in what I received for the price I paid. It basically was about 3 or 4 $3.00 bags of Hersheys chocolate with printed wrappers. The wrappers were really just not worth the price I paid. I would never order this again. Sorry for the lack of enthusiasm for your product. I would not recommend this to family or friends.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Everything you order comes extremely small. I ordered 2 sets of lollipops one was missing and the other was the wrong kind. The pint can with Hersheys in it is EXTREMELY SMALL. Very disappointed !
